"It's almost done."

(Bonnie's POV)

Ashley has been gone for a while now. She was usually here more often, whenever she wasn't working and didn't want to deal with Gold. And yet...I only saw Gold wandering around every once in a while. He came a little bit ago, looking for Vincent. Who knows why?

But I can feel it, something is up. Chica has been nervous, not talking very much. Freddy avoids any topic involving Ashley, and Foxy would stutter and look away. Something happened to Ashley, and I couldn't let that slide.

(Y/N) would be disappointed if I couldn't take care of her best friend. I'd only heard a few things, small snips of conversations between Foxy and Freddy, or even Gold and Freddy. The two brothers never really talked much, and yet now they were.

They think they can hide it, that I won't find out. But I already did. I looked on the cameras, I saw Foxy chase whoever had taken Ashley. I knew the car, the plate number, what direction it went to. But they all think I'm irrational, that I'll be unpredictable.

So I can't work with them if they don't trust me. But there is one person.

I climbed down the vent, knowing this was where he always went.

"Vincent!" I called, waiting at the ladder. The room was dark, and I didn't dare venture further.

Something fell a little way away, and I saw him coming up.

"What are you doing down here?" He accused, looking ruffled, "I didn't know anyone else knew where this was!"

I rolled my eyes and folding my arms. "I have a proposition for you."

He raised an eyebrow, "Go on."

"Ashley is missing, and I need help. But the others think I can't handle it, so," I took a deep breath, "Will you help me?"

He looked shocked for a minute, then nodded quickly in joy, "Of course! Vincent and Bonnie, partners in crime!"

"Don't get ahead of yourself," I mumbled, leading the way back up the ladder.

He followed and we looked around, making sure nobody was around before walking slowly through the halls, trying to make it to the front of the building. So far there had been nobody, which was good on our part.

After making it to the doors with no interruption, we left quickly, me leading the way down the street quickly towards the apartment that Ashley had. Vincent followed quietly, not saying anything. I felt a little regret at bringing him to where (Y/N) had lived. He killed her, after all, so why should I let him into her home?

Ignore that for now, Bonnie, I reminded myself, walking faster. We passed many buildings and moving cars, all in all, it took almost a half-hour to get to the apartment building. We walked quickly up the stairs, taking two at a time to get on the right floor.

I was opening the door when I felt my heart drop. When was the last time I was here? How long ago had it been? I felt the walls break down slowly, crumbling as if rushing water was pushing past it.

(Y/N) was afraid of me. I'd left since she had no memory. That was the last time. The last time I saw her.

I ignored the pain running through me and opened the door, ignoring Vincent who was giving me a look.
