When the food was ready the both of us sat down and Zane started eating.
“Amity have become really close to the maid for the past couple of days” I pointed out, while Zane nodded.
“What about Dwin?” Zane asked with his mouth full.
“Not so much, but he doesn't like the butler either” I made a grimace. Making him chuckle.
Amity and Dwin didn't like the butler and the maid to begin with, but after the years past by Amity started to get more relaxed around the maid, but she still doesn't like the butler. But for Dwin, well he doesn't like any of them, when they come over he is always around me.
When Zane was done eating he set the dishes inside the sink.
“Well, I'm off to work now” He pointed out while taking his jacket on. I gave him his briefcase and he took it gladly while he gave me kiss on the cheek.
He was just about to leave when I stopped him.
“Are you coming home early today?” I asked while he sighed. I had been asking him the same question everyday since I had been missing spending time with him.
“Ill try” He said while he walked out of the door. I pouted as I knew that (I'll try) Was just another way to say no.
Suddenly I heard Amity's voice.
“Mommy!” She called for me while I sighed.
“Coming” I walked up the stairs and into their room.
The time past by... Me and the kids were awake. Even the butler and the maid had arrived to our house now.
“Mamu” Amity ran over to the maid. I told Amity to call her grandma since she was like my second mom. The maid smiled and opened her arms to get a huge hug from Amity.
