Kirito x Reader ~ Virtually With Him

Your POV~

     Kirito and I were on floor 46 adventuring in a dungeon. I was running excitedly, peeking around every corner. "(Y/n)! Wait up!" Kirito called from behind me. "Come on slow poke!" I said back to him. "Why are you so happy today anyway?" Why was I so happy? I was happy because today I would be meeting the 'Moonlit Black Cats'! I was going to save them, I had to...

     Then I heard it, a scream and a few shouts. I turned the corner to see a group of people running deeper into the dungeon, being chased by a swarm of larger monsters. There was a man bearing a sheild and mace, a theif with daggers, one with a quarterstaff, and two spearmen. 'That's them!' I thought as I attacked the monsters, polygonal shards bursting everywhere. Kirito ran around the corner and helped me finish off the other half. When we were done, I asked them if they needed some help getting to the exit. The man with the staff intoduced himself as Keita, the leader of the 'Moonlit Black Cats'. Then he replied by saying "Thank you for your concern. If you don't mind, I'd like to take you up on your offer to guide us to the exit." The rest of the guild thanked us and cheered,high-fiving one another.

     That's how we ended up at the pub/inn on floor 11, Taft. We were siting down at a table, I had my arms around Kirito's shoulders, my chest against his back. His cheeks were dusted with pink, probably because of the way I was leaning on him. The rest of the party intoduced themselves one-by-one. First was the blond-haired theif, Dunker. Next was Tetsuo, the brown-haired sheild and mace user. Then there was one on the spearmen, a brown-haired guy named Sasamaru. Lastly came the only girl in the group, she had short, black hair and a mole under her left eye she had a cute voice and was obviously shy, her name was Sachi the other spearman, or should I say "spear-woman", of the guild. They asked us if we wanted to join the guild. Kirito agreed to their offer then they all stared at me waiting for an answer. "If Kirito joined, i'll join" I said while ruffling his dark hair.

     Months went by when one day Keita gave the news that they had made 200,000 col (col is money in SAO), and announced that he was going to buy a guild house. Then Dunker came up with the idea that we should go to a dungeon on a higher floor and earn some col to get furniture, AKA the idea that would lead to their deaths...if I wasn't there.

      We entered the dungeon and I sprinted to the trap room, when I was about to enter the doorway I heard Kirito call for me, "(Y/n), wait for us!" he called. I just smiled and waved as I entered the small room and open the chest. "(Y-Y/n)...? (Y/N)!!" I heard him shout as he finally reached the door. But it was to late, the door was already closed. I could hear banging and shouting on the other side of the door, all of them were calling my name... An alarm started blaring, red lights started flashing, and the monsters came flooding in.

Kirito's POV~

     I was pounding and pounding on the door, shouting (y/n)'s name over and over. My heart was racing. The fear of losing her started to claw at my heart.

     'I can't lose her...not here...not now...' tears started flowing out of my eyes and down my cheeks as my voice grew smaller and smaller every time I called her name.

     A few minutes later the door finally crept open.

Your POV~

     My health was just about to reach the red zone as I slayed the last monster. It gave an ear-splitting shreik and it dissolved into nothingness.

     As the door slowly opened, I walked out of the room as saw everyone on the ground sobbing. "Guys, what's wrong...?" I asked. "(Y-y/n)..." Kirito called. He looked up at me, and our eyes met, his face was streamed with tears.

     "(Y/n)... Don't ever do anything like that again...never again..." Kirito told me. Then he pulled me to the ground and gave me one of the tightest, warmest hugs, i'll ever receive from anyone. "K-Kirito?" I asked. He looked at me and smiled, the most genuine smile he could have made which, of course, made my face grow hot.

     "W-Well anyways, I think I have enough money for the furniture!" I exclaimed while putting three bags on the ground filled with 2,000,000 col each.

     After they all lectured me to 'never do anything like that ever again', we went to go buy that long awaited furniture. When we got back, I told them that I wanted to leave the guild. They were sad but allowed me to go. As I was walking away, I heard a familiar voice say something that shocked me so much, I had to force myself to not turn around and yell 'WHATTT??!!'

      "I-I would like to leave the guild too..." Kirito said and I stopped dead in my tracks. "Oohhh~ Kirito likes (y/n)~!" I heard Dunker tease, with that my face grew hot. "Look! His face is getting red too!" Sachi giggled. "N-no it's not..." I heard Kirito say. "Well, you better end up with her." Keita told him. I ran a short distance before Kirito called my name to make it look like I had been walking the whole time.

     "(Y/N)! Wait for me!" Kirito called. I turned around smiling. "Come on, you slow poke!" I laughed, gesturing for him to hurry up.
