He could not face Maia after the attack though he regrets it for a while

They were surprised to see each other
They were distant
Partially because Maia was dating Simon for a little bit
But eventually, they got closer when they were attacked by vampires
But this will not last very long because Jordan was injured and was poisoned with silver
During the last few days of Jordan's life
They seemed to be able to talk about travelling and the future
