"If I know what love is, it is because of you", A Skephalo Fanfiction

It was after minecraft monday week 5. Zak leaned back in his armchair and sighed heavily. He had just finished streaming. He then smiled to himself - today's events had been absolutely incredible, he and Darryl had won minecraft monday. He had laughed and screamed so much that he could almost still feel it in his stomach, like an echo. 

He then came to think of what Darryl had said towards the end of the stream. He had been far too excited and happy to process it right then. He picked his phone up again and went to check out the end of the stream.

"Skeppy I wish you were next to me, I'd kiss you right now" Darryl's said on the video and Zak found himself blushing. Darryl was so cute, only Darryl could make him blush like that.

 It was good that he didn’t take notice on what Darryl said while he was streaming, he probably would’ve blushed and his fans would have been onto him at this point. 

Zak had realized that he likes Darryl a while ago, but he had hidden his feelings deep within him, since he had never ever thought that Darryl felt the same way. Now hope aroused within him... maybe Darryl did have feelings for him back? Why else would he say that?

Zak wrote a quick message to Darryl asking him to come to teamspeak. Zak just wanted to know if there was the slightest chance that his feelings were returned. He nervously fidgeted his fingers while waiting for Darryl to get on teamspeak.

"Hello?" Darryl said uncertainly, joining Zak’s teamspeak

"Hi..." Zak softly replied

"So what did you want to talk about?"

“I just rewatched the ending of my stream and I wanted to ask you what you meant by it? You want to kiss me? "

"Uh ... that" Darryl said, clearly flustered, "it would be a ... brotherly kiss of friendship"

"Mhmm… you sure about that?"

"Skeppy, stop!"

"Do you like me, Bad?"  Zak was tense. "Please be honest ..."

“Well… I uh…” Darryl struggled to get his words together. "I'm sorry ... can we still be friends?"

"Well, I like you too, idot" Zak said quite quickly and nervously.

“You do ?!” The shock and happiness was clearly heard in Darryl's voice.

"Yeah" Zak mumbled and felt his cheeks heating up. 

Darryl is so adorable.
