Glitherial The Kingdom of Magic

"THE KING CALLED YOU, (Name).Shouldn't you be at the throne room instead of," Kohan said as he looked at the girl. "Instead of reading?"
The girl didn't reply. She chose to ignore the man's presence but his overwhelming aura suffocated her. (Name) gripped on the book as minutes passed without any noise. Kohan stood parallel to her sitting figure and was staring down at her.
"You wouldn't want the King waiting don't you? You know he doesn't like waitin—"
"Can you shut up already?!" (Name) slams the book on her lap. Her voice echoed around the large library. The birds flew away frightened because the window sills were opened.
"I don't want to be part of his plans! He so cunning and manipulative! The kingdom deserves a better ruler," tears start to brim (Name)'s eyes. She clenched her fist as she tries to fight the tears away, "I deserve a better father."
She whispered the last part. No one needed to know that.
"Stop being a coward, (Name). This will benefit you in the future, don't you think? All you have to do is marry a prince, stay together for two-three hears then kill him. What's wrong with that?"
"EVERYTHING! I don't want to kill him, Kohan! He's a good person!"
Kohan stared directly at (Name)'s eyes. "You find the good in everything, (Name). He's not as good as you think."
(Name) tilted her head up to prevent her tears from falling. Her hand now grasped the material of her dress, to avoid her nails digging into her skin. "He is a good person.."
"No. Look, (Name). Just follow the King's plan. It'll not only benefit you, but the whole kingdom of Glitherial."
"I don't want to do anything with this bullshit of a kingdom." (Name) replied—ice on her voice.
Kohan was slightly taken aback from what she said. "So what now? Are you going to that mythical and fictional world? Where there's no magic? You belong here, (Name). You need this world to live. You need magic"
"That world is real! My mom told me she went there—"
"The Queen? (Name), all her words are pure fallacy. That world is nothing but from the mind of your mom or that stupid author or that stupid person!" Kohan shouts as he points at the book (Name) was reading a while ago, "What can you get from a 2 page booklet?! It's fake, (Name)!"
