Not only Tuesday went by fast, one full month went by, feeling like it was a day. You got closer to the boys, still don't like Kandra, you were dancing a lot lately, and test season started. You were in the middle of test season already.
03. December 06.33 a.m.
What a wonderful monday. And test day! Everything is freezing outside. The temperature gets down to -5°C in the night, which makes the streets, windows, footpath icy. You got ready for school and waited inside of your house for Soobin to pick you up. "Here", your dad said, before you made your way out of the house. He handed you a second cup of coffee. "Uhmm thanks. I hope i don't get caffeine shock." "No, honey. It's for Soobin. Because he picks you up as good as every day." "okay, i will give it him. Bye dad. Have a nice day at work, love you." He replied back with a "love you too, good luck for your test" before you left the house, your lose papers and the two coffees in your hands, and walked fast to the red car, parking in front of your house.
You got in the car, greeting him with a happy "good morning" and sat on the passenger seat. "Good morning", he answered with a warm smile. "Oh, two coffees? Did you learn the whole night?" "No uhmm yeah, i mean yes i learned a lot but i need only one coffee. The second is for you." You stretched out your arm, handing him the coffee. He grabbed for the mug, laying his big hands on yours, holding the cup together. You looked at your each other touching hands and then to soobin. By the a light surprised look he gave you, your cheeks turned into a light pink. "Okay, let's go. We can't forget Taehyun", he said putting the coffee in the coffee holder, starting the engine. Three minutes later, you arrived Taehyuns home. Coated like an onion, he waited outside. "Guys you are 2 minutes too late", he said heading in the car.
"Bonjour Taehyun, also have a beautiful day", soobin replied sarcastically. "Yeah yeah, drive. I don't want to be late." "y/n, did you learn for the test?" "Oh yes, i did", you said, while re-reading your notes, sipping your coffee nervous. "are you well prepared?" You hummed in response. "Stop drinking that, focus on your studies, without getting a sugar shock", soobin said serious, taking the cup out of your hand, while still driving the car. "Yaaah Soobin. I need the coffee!" "No you don't." He put it in the coffee holder. "Soobin focus on the street, i don't want to die. I have- we have a test in the first lesson", taehyun said very seriously, from behind. "Yeah Taehyun, focus back on your vocabs, not on my driving skills, the same goes for you y/n, but with coffee..." "yeah yeah" you rolled your eyes.
At the moment when the Soobin stopped the car at the parking space, Taehyun jumped out of it and rushed to school, even if you had still 40 minutes left before first period started. "Such a crackhead", soobin rolled his eyes. "You studied well?", you got out of the car. "well, i guess so. We will see." You two walked together to your class. You walked close to him, because of the cold breeze. "no freezing y/n, we are in school in 200 meters." "Yeahh but it's still soo cold." You crossed your arms in front of your chest. "let's walk faster. It's cold." Arriving at school, you walked to your locker, putting your jacket in it, taking the books out, you need for today. Soobins and your locker were close to each other, so you waited for each other and headed together in class. You came into class, everyone stopped talking; they just looked at you two, checking you out and whispered to each other.
'I hate it, when people look at me like that' you thought and rolled your eyes. You got to your seat next to beomgyu. The caffeine in your blood made you awake but also very nervous. "y/n, calm down. You are so jumpy", Beomgyu laughed. "I'm nervous. Really nervous. I'm always, before exams", you hectically tapped with your fingers on the table, your legs bumping up and down. "You need someone who calms you down. Someone you can relax with." You looked at him, your brows furrowing, letting out a laugh "HAA! Beomgyu, that sounded like you want to tell me, that i need a boyfriend." "It didn't just sound like it." You raised an brow "weird."
First period: French Test.
The 2 hour-lasting exam went by faster than you thought. You leaned against your locker, reading a book, when the boys came up to you.
"How was it?" Yeonjun asked in the round. "well... it was okay i guess, but i failed at the first exercise of the listening part", Hueningkai answered and shifted his weight against the lockers. "The 2nd bulletpoint was a bit complicated... i forgot how to define some wishes", Soobin explained, while his hand was running through his hair. "how was your test y/n?" "huh? Oh, it was okey", you smiled, continuing reading your book. "Just okey? y/n..., you were the first one, who finished the test...", soobin said. You nodded in response. "She didn't hear you Soobin. She is in her own world right now", Taehyun said, all smiling because you looked so cute when you were focused. You dived into the magical world of your book. Behind the misty mountains, in the little shire, where small creatures live in houses, smials, living together in harmony.
You got ripped out of your fantasy world, when Yeonjun shut his locker. "finally you are back in reality", he chuckled, having a look at your book. "the hobbit? I only know the movies." "Yeah the book is very thin, and the most things im the movies doesn't appear in the books. but both are really good." "Okay let's go, it's maths now." You two walked into your class again. Movement task in conjunction with derivations and the difference quotient. Yay. Something easy, which still makes you speculate. "y/nnn" "yess beomgyuuu?" you whispered in response. "How does that work? I dont get it." You leaned over to his seat, explaining him the topic. "thank you", he winked and laid his hand on yours. You turned around facing Hueningkais', Taehyuns' and Yeonjuns' clouded faces. Soobins head rested on your hands, making a pout, not even trying to focus on the teacher.
His gaze went to your hand, covered with Beomgyus' hand, what changed his expression. He shook his head and looked down on his notes, nudged yeonjun with his elbow and whispered something to him. You turned back to the board and listened to the teacher. Class ended. Lunch. Other lessons. School ended. Soobin, Taehyun, Hueningkai and you went to Soobins car. Hueningkai and Taehyun at the backseats. They looked down on their phones, not getting anything from the outside. Soobin fixed on the streets. You were sitting on the passenger seat reading your book, getting caught again, in the world of dwarfs, dragons and orcs. All the adrenaline left your body, after you finished the exam and your body reduced the caffeine. Your eye lids felt heavy, you leaned your head against the window, still reading the black printed words on the white pages. 2 minutes later, the tiredness hit you and your arms clapped down, still holding your book.
A warm feeling got over your cheeks, making you slowly open your eyes. When your sight got clear, you faced soobin, taking his hand back from your cheeks. His body leaned against his seat, with a smile on his face, he squeezed his eyes "you slept well?" "What time is it?" "It's 8 p.m." "wait what?", you sat up, your hand ran through your face. "you heard me right", he gave you a little smile. "but school ended at 6 p.m." you sorted your thoughts. "yes it did. And then you fell asleep in the car." "and then you just let me-" you stopped your sentence, when you looked out of the window. "yeah, i let you sleep in the car. I didn't want to wake you up. You looked so done with your life and i didn't want to disturb you, so i let you sleeping." "But for 2 hours? Don't you have something better to do?" "No, not really. French test was today, and maths is in 2 weeks. And i really enjoy seeing you sleeping." Your eyes met, your heart beat faster after hearing that sentence.
"Soobin, where are we? And the last sentence sounded kinda weird", you made the two of you laugh. "At one of my favourite places. Come." when he said that, he got out of the car; you, following. Even if it was damn cold outside, you wanted to see what Soobin loves about that place. "Come." He said again, taking you by your hand, dragging you in the park. "where are we going?" You said while trying to keep up with his big foot steps. "You impatient person, just wait", he said sarcastically, slightly laughing. Walking down the side walk, passing by parking benches and lampposts, some elder peoples gazes following you two. You got down from the side walk, into the little forest of the park. "I hope you aren't a serial killer", you said laughing. "Oh, maybe i am", he gave you a smirk. "Yaaah Soobin, don't scare me", you said louder than expected and clasped his arm. He looked down to you smiling. "Don't worry, i won't kill you... not now", he stroke over your hair. "Yaaah, i said stop", you made a pout, which made him laugh even more.
