Its been nearly two years since the had been in Narnia, and everyone was taking it hard. But no one took it harder than Freya. Her body weakened and her magic little, Freya feared that her death was close at hand once more.
But maybe its not as c...

Freya
Hearing waves crashing together and feeling the salty breeze brush against my cheek, was not something I had expected. The last thing I remember was Miraz's smirking face as he ran me through. Gasping I sat up and saw I was on a small Sandy stretch and that there was a wave. Just a wave, sitting in middle of the stretch of land as if it was normal. "I had hoped not to see you here for many years." Spinning around I saw the great lion. Aslan. Smiling I ran to him, wrapping my arms around his fury neck. "Aslan!" I cheered making him laugh. "But how!? I was-" "I know. But just as before, on the stone table, you sacrificed yourself to protect others, allowing the deep magic to intervene. You have a choice to make. Stay here, and be at peace for the rest of eternity or go back. Continue to fight. Continue to be the greatest Queen Narnia has ever seen." "There is no choice to be made. I'm going back. I have to. My family needs me. Narnia needs me. I can't let the fear of death and suffering stop me from doing what is right." I proclaimed standing tall. "Then I must warn you, the way you'll be going back will be, different. No one will recognize you. You'll appear to them in a different form. One I believe, suits you." He smiled before breathing in my face. At first it felt like a burning sensation rippling through me but soon it turned to warm fuzzy feeling pulsating all over me. I felt my bones shifting, heard them cracking under pressure but I felt no pain. "Now you are ready!" Aslan proclaimed. Standing up I realized that I was on all fours. Traveling to the edge of the sandy stretch, I faxed into the water and I saw, not myself but a lioness. "You turned me into a lion?" I questioned confused. "Why?" "In order to help them, they must not know who you are. Peter needs to believe that you are dead, otherwise he will never truly understand his actions. But now you must return." He stated coming to stand beside me. Rubbing his head against mine. "Thank you, Aslan. For all you've done for my family and I. I feel as if we don't deserve it." I purred rubbing under his neck. "I know I must go, but I shall miss you." "I will see you again." His voice faded as the scenery changed. Looking around I realized I was close to the Howl. Letting out a mighty roar I lept from my perch onto of a rock and raced through the trees, dodging roots and bushes. Upon reaching the tree line I noticed a few Tel-marines spying on the camp. Growling low in my throat I crouched down and kept forward tearing into two of them, killing them almost instantly, before turning to the other three. Roaring they screamed and raced off, terrified for their lives. As they should be. Racing after them, I ended their miserable lives, one by one. Now I understand why Aslan thought that this was the best form for me. It's powerful and graceful. He's right, I definitely approve. Turning back around I raced off towards camp one more time. Slowing my pace as I broke through the treeline and into the field, I noticed everyone turn to look at me. Peter, Edmund, Lucy and Susan were present but the one person who I wanted to wasn't there. Caspian. "Stop!" Peter yelled drawing his sword and pointing at me. "Who are you and why are you here." "I am Nala ( 😉) daughter of Aslan. He sent me to help. He fears that the extinction of the Narnians are upon us as our great Queen is dead." I spoke raising my head proudly as I slightly guilted Peter. "Will accept my help or shun and humiliate me as you did your own blood?" I watched carefully as Peter nearly dropped his sword at my words and looked down. "I never meant to hurt her. I never meant for any of this to happen. You have to believe me." He whispered in shame. "It's hard to believe when you used her greatest weakness against her to when an argument. When you rejected her, and her plan you sealed her fate. Her death and countless others, are on your hands." I growled out as a certain coldness that I haven't felt in a long time washed over me. "Someone is trying to awaken an old threat!" I roared storming passed them and into the Howl. Following my gut instinct I raced through the tunnels of the underground fortress, towards the one place I hated most in the world. The Stone Table. Soon my brothers were beside me as we came flying into the room. "Stop!" Peter yelled as him and Ed raced of to fight the wolf and the bird woman. I roared when I saw Caspian in front of the ice wall that contained Jadis. Rushing forward I knocked him out of the circle and turned to look at the witch who once hunted my dreams. "You!" She screeched. "Hello again Jadis." I growled. "Miss me!?" "You can't win this war alone." She sneered. "Watch me!" I growled before letting out the loudest roar I could muster, causing the ice to crack and then a sword, was shoved through the ice helping to completely shatter her. Turning to look at Caspian, I saw him staring at me. But though I felt deeply for him, at this moment all I felt, was disappointment. Shaking my head I turned and trouted out of the room. "Nala!" Edmund called, stopping me in my tracks. "Yes your majesty?" I asked bowing my head. "You said that you were Aslan's daughter?" "I did." I answered as we walked. "Do you know why he let this happen? Why he didn't stop the invasion?" "I wasn't born yet, when the Tel-marines first entered Narnia, but I do remember him explaining that this was the only way to bring back Freya. To save her from dying a painfully slow death. But I guess in the end it didn't matter. For your brother valued his pride and title more than his sister."
Third P.O.V
Susan looked around, her eyes searching for the handsome Prince Caspian, as she had taken quite the shining to him. Spotting him, sitting at the edge of one of the many cliffs of the Howl, she quickly made her way over to him. "Hey." She whispered sitting down next to him. "Hello." He replied, not even looking at her. "What are you doing out here?" Susan smiled nudging him, but still his eyes stayed forward, furstating her. "I miss her." He whispered looking down. Susan's body went ridge as his words finally registered with her. "Who?" "Freya." He breathed out, a ghost of a smile dancing on his lips. "I might have not known her long but, she wasn't like anyone I've ever known before. She was strong yet gentle. Firm and merciful. Her heart was pure light and goodness. And it drew me to her." Susan tried to remind herself that she shouldn't be jealous of her little sister, especially after she just lost her. But she couldn't help it. Susan had always been the beautiful sister, the one with many suitors, much more than Freya and Lucy ever got. And now the one she actually wants, has to want her younger sister. She felt utterly insulted. "She's in a better place." Susan tried. "Freya has always had a troubled life. Born into a world were magic was rejected and feared she was forced to hide her true self. Then, she sacrificed her life to our brother Edmund, dying in his place right beside Alsan. Then being separated from her true love." Susan lied at the end smirking slightly as she watched Caspian's back go ridge. Quickly whipping the smug look off her face she looked forward just as he turned to look at her for the first time since sitting down. "Her true love?" He whispered brokenly as he thought back to their almost kiss. If she was in love then why would she almost kiss him? "Colen. His name is Colen." She stated thinking back to the geeky boy who was hitting on her before their return to Narnia. "They've had feelings for each other for years. They had plan to marry, actually." Susan continued to lie, breaking Caspian's heart even further. "Now she'll never have the chance." Not saying another word Caspian stood up and ran from his spot, leaving Susan to wallow in her victory of tarnishing Caspian's love for the dead sister. And she did not feel one once of regret or guilt for doing so. Freya was dead, she reasoned, it's not like he can live the rest of his life pondering what could have been. 'I'm doing him a favor.' she declared, before climbing to her feet. But little did she know, that her sister wasn't dead, and that she had just heard every word of her sister's lies.
Nala's (Freya's) P.O.V
Glaring down at my supposed sister, I couldn't help but wish I could reveal myself to her and demand an answer. But again Aslan's words played in my head. Soon I'll be able to do just that. But for now I must follow through with my plan. Making my way back inside, I noticed, Caspian, Edmund, Lucy, Peter, Badger, Trumpkin, Reepicheep, and Susan discussing a plan. "Besides she won't be alone." Susan spoke up. "Haven't enough of us died already?" Trumpkin whispered looking Lucy in the eyes as everyone fell quite. And I knew they were thinking about me. "Nikabrik was my friend too." Badger whispered. "But he lost hope. Queen Lucy hasn't and neither have I. Queen Freya knew we couldn't do this all on our own. She believed we needed Aslan too. She had hope, even in her last moments." "For Aslan and Her Majesty Queen Freya!" Reepicheep declared drawing his sword. I looked around at everyone and stepped forward. "For Aslan." I stated proudly. "Then I'm going with you." Trumpkin demanded. "No." Lucy whispered. "We need you here." "I'll go." I spoke drawing their attention. "I'll make sure to keep Queen Lucy safe. You all make sure to hold the Tel-marines off as long as you can to buy us as much time as you can." Peter and I shared a look and he nodded. Approving of my declaration. "If I may..." Caspian spoke, standing up. "Miraz may be a tyrant and a murderer, but as he king, he is subject to the traditions and expectations of his people. There is one, in particular that may buy us some time."
