Meet Teddy (Teardrop), a nonverbal girl starting high school. Despite her introverted nature, she's going to find herself connected to the centers of drama in the new high school. Between her two childhood friends (one of which has an evil twin), a...
"I'm sure she doesn't hate you, Talia," Gale said, shaking her head. "She might have been really mad, but surely she knows it's an accident. I'd give it some time."
"Well, alright, I guess I am making a big deal out of nothing," Talia said sheepishly.

Image: Talia sits at a cafeteria table, talking. She has not brought out her food yet. She is wearing a red jacket with a shirt underneath. The shirt is a really light brown with green embellishments near the top of the shirt. Her dirty blonde hair is in a short ponytail.
Just then, Leah came out holding the tea covered clothes, followed by a clearly embarrassed Becky dressed in her cheer uniform. The bespectacled girl refused to meet anyone's eyes, even as Teddy tried to give her a small, reassuring smile.
"Come on, Becky!" Leah said encouragingly. "You look fine!" Upon seeing that Becky was still flushed bright red, she looked at the group in front of her, before her eyes landed upon Talia.
"Talia, what do you think?" Leah asked at the same time that Teddy mentally facepalmed.
"Uh, you look pretty cute, Becky. It's no big deal," Talia said, laughing nervously from the sudden pressure. Unfortunately, Becky seemed to take this the wrong way.
"You're laughing," Becky said, glowering at Talia.
"No, you look great," Talia quickly tried to amend. "I just-"
"Actually, I don't have time for this," Becky cut her off. She turned to Teddy and Leah, still clearly embarrassed, but at least willing to talk. "Thank you both for helping with my clothes," she said softly, before walking back to her table with Isa.
"...Darn, why did I laugh? I didn't even mean to," Talia muttered.
"Probably because you like her," Leah said teasingly. Teddy elbowed Leah, trying to tell her to shut up.
Talia blinked. "What? Where did you get that idea?"
Leah leaned towards Talia in excitement. "You said she looked pretty cute, right?"
"Well, I mean, it's not very often you see eyes as unique as hers but-"
"Leah, would you like me to talk about Ferris?" Teddy's AAC App cut in. That seemed to do the trick in getting Leah to stop talking, as she immediately started backing away from the table.
"...Ha ha, guess that's my cue to leave," Leah laughed nervously. "Bye! And see you after school, Teddy!"
Teddy waved goodbye to Leah before deciding to follow Sawyer and Dora's leads in sitting down. Gale followed suit, and so did Talia. Whilst they went back to eating, they heard mocking laughter from a nearby table. The whole lunchroom seemed to hear it as well, but those who looked like they were about to jump in were given a harsh glare from a jock at the neighboring table.
