The female stood, glancing down at her phone before releasing a sigh, running her other hand through her hair before pulling her gaze away from the device, her eyes now wandering to her outfit. A small hum escaped her lips as she poked at the jacket hanging over her shoulders, her brows furrowing ever so slightly as she did so.

She didn't look too strange, did she? She had done her best to find something presentable in Masami's luggage, eventually deciding on what appeared to be a fairly new white sweater and some jeans threw half-hazardly towards the bottom of everything. The black jacket now draped from her shoulders was more or less her attempts at standing out more than a back character (not so additionally a cheap imitation of an anime trope she had seen several times before and had wanted to try for herself).

Taking a look at herself, it seemed rather out of place on her.

The female had never been one to take care in terms of her appearance, often more times than not opting to wear some worn-down hoodie and some jeans to go with it. It wasn't that she didn't find herself not needing to, she was always one to be somewhat self-conscious about how others viewed her despite having no need to think so, but the fact was the chance to care about such things never popped up before. She hadn't been the type to go to parties so there was a certain lack of formal clothes other than her uniform. The people she hung out with never really pointed out her lack of fashion sense either, seeing how they also never had one, to begin with.

Perhaps she should have taken a bit more care towards her personal image when she was sort of alive still.

Shaking her head slightly, the female looked back up before releasing a small smile. She lifted her hand, waving towards the familiar tuff of green hair that was now making its way over to where she was, the boy practically tripping over his own feet as he hurried over.

"Midoriya-kun," she laughed slightly, catching the boy by the arm and helping him steady himself. "Thanks for coming on such short notice. I hope I wasn't erm, interrupting anything?" She titled her head slightly as she watched him catch his breath for a moment.

"Not at all!" he reassured her, returning a smile towards her. "I was just surprised you suddenly wanted to hang out today!" He seemed to glance at her choice of clothes but said nothing, the female internally letting out a sigh in relief.

A hum. "I see."

There it was, the actual literal fucking heart-stopper. Total knock out, Midoriya two to Y/N's nothing. Could she ever overcome such a boss as fearsome as the pure-hearted smile? She practically had to contain herself just so she wouldn't turn away from its sheer blinding light, let alone worry about passing out on the spot. Why did such a human such as Midoriya Izuku exist in the first place? That kind of seemed like a cheat right? A total cheat against the whole story called shonen manga protagonist-

"Masami-chan?" the boy questioned, tapping the female on the shoulder as she just stood there having her internal monologue.

"Apologies," she coughed out, releasing another smile towards the boy. "I was having a traumatic flashback just then about my death."

"W-What?"

"What?"

The female returned his confused look for a second before smiling again, releasing a small laugh. She pumped her fist into the air slightly, walking past the boy. "Anyways, we should get going! I want to get in before it gets overcrowded or anything."

"R-Right!" he sputtered, quickly following in step beside her. She was rather thankful he wasn't so fast when he walked and kept to her pace, the female not in the mood for speedwalking in order to catch up with him. He probably realized this too now that she thought about it a bit.
