Midas x Reader ? Fortnite

Y/N joined the game and she noticed players running and flying around with arrows above their heads. She hummed to herself and ran to find some weapons. It was fairly easy since good weapons were out in the open. She had her usual lay out of weapons and began building a bunch of stairs up to glide off from. She was a bit hesitant due to the fact that she was about to glide into the circle, where practically everyone was. They were fighting and building against each other. Y/N didn't know what went through her mind next but she  dove off the tall stair case and pulled out her glider. She was soaring through the air and she landed in the center of her circle where the line separating the two teams was at. She pulled out a purple scar and began shooting at the enemies. She killed a few people and was low on health after a while. She had not died yet but she had been close to it.

The girl was terrified of dying. She not only didn't want to risk dying forever, but what if this was really the end of being here? Here in the game. She had to admit, and she has, she doesn't want to leave as much as she did before. She loved being here. She loved being able to talk to Skye, and Meowscles, and Peely, and... Midas.

Y/N shook her head to herself and she focused on playing the game. She tried getting in a mindset that if she died, she'd be back home without another worry. As she was in her head, thinking, she almost forgot that she was in a game.

She sat in a box of walls around her as the other players fought. She broke the roof of the box and peeked her head out, a bullet zooming passed her head. She squealed a bit and looked over at where it came from, seeing a player with a sniper. It was a team mate though luckily. Y/N turned around thought to see who the player was sniping at and as she did she got shot a few times from a enemy player with a blue tactical shot gun.

She began building walls frantically and she quickly ate a slurp fish she'd caught with a harpoon gun earlier in the game. It got her to about 80 hp but it was useless as she got sniped in the head, this time an enemy player.

Everything when black. But y/n could still hear everything going on around her. She couldn't move or feel a muscle. It was quite scary but she just wanted to know what was going on now that... she was killed.

1. Did you guys get to see the live event today? It was my first live event and honestly it was awesome.

2. What Midas are y'all gonna get? I wanna get ghost because the other skins I have are their ghost versions and I wanna keep that going but the shadow version is so hot for Midas 😔
