Rodan X (F) Reader ~Complete!~

You opened the window and jumped off in rage, carrying your bag full of food, water and some other things — including a bread knife that you snuck out of the kitchen.

You were mad that your family was too overprotective. Your parents had recently yelled at you about a fight you started in school yesterday. Yes, you understood why but you were old enough to handle yourself — or at least old enough not to be treated like a toddler.

With your (F/C) hood on and your head low, hands in your pockets, you walked through the streets. You knew that you would be reported a missing kid soon, so you kept away from the police and hid in large crowds...

...Suddenly...

You heard a large crash from far behind you. You and everyone else turned their heads toward what revealed the Isla De Mara volcano, smoke trailing out of it...

No way, could it be?

In the midst smoke rose a large, spine-shivering creature. Could it be?... the one and only...

Titanus Rodan?

The Fire Demon let out a large cry, sending you and thousands running like a great stampede in the middle of the city. Screams and shouts erupted from the people around you. You saw a son and a mother getting pushed aside by another guy yelling, "Get out of my way!"

It was devastating...

Suddenly, you stopped in your tracks, hundreds of people brushing straight past you as your turned around to see the Fire Demon taking off from the volcano, and was about to fly over you, taking with him what seemed like a hurricane of blown-off debris.

Oh god.

You immediately jumped to the side and held onto a pole, being blowed intensely by the sheer force of Rodan's wings as he passed over you. Good LORD, he was huge!

You waited until everything settled down in ruins. Then, before the wind could drop you, you let go of the pole and landed on your feet, almost falling over. You turned around and watched the great Fire Demon go, a trail of destruction blowing beneath him.

You waited a bit longer in the shade before stepping out into the street again. You were utterly shocked, the wide street that had once been teeming with people was completely trashed with knocked over cars and broken-off trees.

Rodan sure was dangerous, but fascinating to you. It was the first time in forever he had come out of his volcano, but for what reason now? You've heard tales about him wrecking Costa Rica over and over again.

But this time... he looked like he didn't actually intend to destroy a whole trail of city blocks...

You knew that he was clearly headed for a fleet of planes, but why not just attack him right at his volcano? To avoid any destruction in Costa Rica? Unless they were luring him towards something... and all of a sudden, your instincts told you to go and find out what.

You turned your head to some soldiers directing people to evacuation planes. You just ran and hid in a nearby alleyway, not willing to get inside. Part of you didn't want to because... you think you'd meet your family inside. You didn't want to go through what had just happened a day ago.

You peeked around the corner and saw that all of the evacuation planes had gone. You decided to have a snack first before leaving, opening up your bag and pulling out some (F/F) and (F/D). You finished them up after a while, then dashed out of the alley, and headed straight towards the beach.

You arrived there, skidding to a halt with heavy panting. And you were there just in time to see the Fire Demon himself get struck down to the ocean! In the middle of the storm far in the sky, lightning flashed and lit up the entire cloud, revealing a dark silhouette hovering there in the center...

It had large wings, two tails... three...

long...

necks...

...Titanus Ghidorah.

Your breath was immediately taken away by the sight of the giant titan, mainly because you knew it was frozen in a giant iceberg, and that now Monster Zero himself had broken free! But how?...

Your gaze searched over the aquatic plain, silently searching for Rodan, or at least any sign of him at all... all was quiet, except for the occasional faint crashing of thunder in the distance. You just crouched down , waiting for something to happen...

Just then, a red flash broke through the water just a mile away! You gasped and jumped to your feet, looking up to see the Fire Demon looking back at you. He let out a loud screech, beating his wings and gliding straight towards you.

Screaming in fear, you ran the other direction. Then you saw an abandoned bakery beside you, then ran straight in. You screamed again as you saw the Fire Demon appear in front, beginning to shatter apart the the glass that stretched across the whole front wall.

You just hid behind a counter, curling up and on the brink of shedding tears as you listened to Rodan's infuriated screeches.

I should've boarded the helicopter!...

Suddenly, a loud cry echoed across the whole area: Ghidorah's.

Somehow, it drew Rodan away from the building... it took a while to piece everything together.

Sure, Godzilla had been gone for five years, but he wouldn't stay in the dark if Ghidorah were on the loose... so... what if he went to fight him... but—

You gasped at the realization; Godzilla was dethroned. What Rodan had been following was an alpha call... you slowly made your way out from behind the counter to the door, peeking out the entrance.

Rodan stood in front of his volcano, letting out a shrill cry of defiance at the new alpha sitting upon it. The three heads growled back, flying down to meet the Fire Demon. Rodan stepped back and glared up at the three heads, then Ghidorah stretched out his wings, looming intimidatingly over him. Rodan was a mouse to Ghidorah now!

You watched in horror as Ghidorah stomped his foot on Rodan, earning a loud cry from him; it was not out of anger, not out of fear, but out of pain...

You immediately started to feel sorry for the tortured bird...

After a few moments, Ghidorah lifted himself off him, returning to the peak of the volcano. Rodan just stood there with his head low, you heard him give a small groan of exhaustion. Then, he folded up his wings, bowing down before the new alpha.
