(This isn't a warning but this is me giving credit to the show "Once Upon a Time". It's a very good show and I suggest it if you like magic and fantasy and fairytales. A scene in this chapter is inspired by that show. You'll see what I mean if you've watched Once Upon a Time.)
Warnings:
Gore? (Not really but it might be something you find disturbing)
Bryan's POV:
I woke up and saw Cory enter the cabin. I sat up as he bowed and sat down on his bed before saying, "I see you're awake your majesty." I nodded and gestured for him to keep going, I can tell when something's on his mind. "The one you refer to as Molten found it," He said. I lowed my head, So he found it? Well then... I guess we'll have to lay some ground rules if I'm going to have him work for me. I thought, lifting my head back up. "Bring him here, I need to talk to him," I said.
Cory stood, bowed, and went to bring Molten. After a few seconds, he came back with Molten and waited outside the cabin.
Cory's POV:
I bowed and exited the cabin to go retrieve Molten for his majesty. I entered the cabin Molten was staying in and saw he was the only one online. "Bryan wants to talk to you Molten," I said. He squinted his robotic eyes at me before nodding his head and following me out the door. I led him to the entrance of the cabin me and his majesty were staying in and held the door open for him. But before opening the door I turned to him and said, "Don't try to lie." He looked at me with the same expression but went inside anyway. I closed the door and stood next to the door, observing my surroundings.
After a few minutes of guarding the door, a certain someone came over to the cabin. "What do you want?" I asked, as he approached. "I just want to talk-" "No, no you don't." I said, interrupting him.
Just by looking at him, I could tell he felt as if I disrespected him or offended him. "Is that any way to treat a demi-god?" He said, approaching me slowly. "I think you should be the one asking yourself that question." I said, making him pause for a second. I squinted his eyes at me before saying, "You know more than you let on don't you?" He asked, inspecting me and coming closer little by little.
"Maybe, maybe not." I said, shrugging my shoulders.
He's right in front of me now. He looked at him with anger, with hatred. "Oh, I know you do." He said, as I looked him in the eye. "Do you? Or is that just what to believe?" I asked. If he catches on we'll have a few more people his majesty sends us to kill. He stopped and thought for a moment before asking me, "Can I talk to you, somewhere more private?" I scoffed at this, "Why should I? How do I know you're not a distraction?" I said, before plunging my hand into his chest and ripping out his heart.
I looked at it and chuckled. "Ironic, how much darkness you have in your heart. Well, literally and figuratively. " I said, as he looked at me.
"Now go hide next to the pond in the forest. Where you made him, into what he is now... Mario."
