Warnings:

Slight gore?

Hinted self harm

Molten's POV:

I left to go find the other demi-gods and talk to them about their Bryan. If they are telling the truth and everything lines up then I think I know who their Bryan is.

I finally found them, I think their names were Bri, Jakey, and Kaykrae? I went over to them and Kaykrae asked, "Can I help you?" "I wanted to ask if you've ever met a Bryan that isn't the one from our world." Bri and Jakey both looked to the side to try and hide their tear-filled eyes. Which only raised my suspicion.

Kaykrae sighed before speaking, "Well, we used to but he disappeared one day and we haven't seen him since." Again, this only raised my suspicion. I asked, "What happened right before he went missing?" Kaykrae looked at Bri and Jakey as they both calmed down and looked at her in return. "The night before he went missing he had attacked one of the camp members and had been restrained by Xylo while we discussed the issue. He had been trying to pick a fight with one of the other camp members, Mario. He had been trying to provoke him before he charged at him causing Mario to fall and hit the side of his head on one of the rocks, drawing blood. The other two that were there, Xylo and Brick had been with Mario and they had both approached Mario and Bryan with Xylo restraining Bryan, and Brick going to Mario's aid."

Once Kaykrae was done talking I had looked at her in disbelief. "Do you honestly believe that?" I asked, she looked at me questioningly. "Yes, why?" She asked, I mentally facepalmed before asking her, "Did you hear Bryan's side of the story?" I asked, she looked at the other two before they all shook their heads no. I facepalmed literally this time before turning to look at them again,

"Are you serious! You can't just accuse someone of something if you don't have all the facts!" I shouted at them.

They took a step back before speaking, "And who are you to say something about the matter! You weren't there when it happened!" Jakey shouted back. "And neither were you." I said before playing them the recording.

Bryan's POV:

I walked into the room which held that little rat and stood outside the cage in my Olympus outfit. After a few minutes, he finally woke up, sitting up he took a look around before his eyes landed on me. "Finally you're awake." I said as he looked around more and realized where he was. He looked back at me before speaking again. "Where the h*ll am I?" He asked, as he got up and leaned against the wall of support.

"Somewhere no one will ever be able to find you." I said, backing away from the bars to get a better view of the room and cage.

He walked up to the bars and put his hands on them letting himself lean on them. "You realize I can just use my powers to get out of here right?" He asked, as I just laughed. He looked at me with confusion written on her face, I eventually stopped and looked back at him. "Good luck with that. These bars are enchanted to hold even the strongest of magic wielders, and there's something else but I'd rather have you find out what that is."

He tilted his head and looked off to the side before closing his eyes. After a few seconds, he opened his eyes and I could see the alarm in his eyes. He looked at me and said, "What the h*ll did you do to me? Why can't I use my powers!?" He shouted backing away from me and backing up into the wall once again. "The answer is simple really, I took them." I said, before turning and walking around the room a bit. Once I looked back at the little brat he had the most satisfying look of horror on his face that I have ever seen. I heard a knock on the door and I turned to it before saying, "Come in." Once I said that Cory entered the room with his gear on. He bowed before saying, "Your majesty, I have the item that you requested." "Please, there's no need to be formal right now." I said taking the box from his hand and gesturing for him to come with me.

I showed him to the cell that held the prisoner and opened the box that was in my hand, it held Mario's heart. I took the heart from the box and looked at him. He looked at it then at me and Cory. "Why are you in this? Why would you work for this freak?" He asked, looking at Cory. Cory removed his helmet and said, "Because he's my brother, and it's called loyalty."

As soon as Cory removed his helmet Mario looked at him with shock. "Y-you... we all thought you were dead." He whispered before Cory spoke again, "Some of you thought Bryan was dead too." I approached the bars and leaned against them looking at Mario. "Now let's get down to business."

*Time skip*

Cory's POV:

Once we were back in the cabin me and Bryan rested a bit before there was a knock on the door. I got up and answered the door to be faced with some of the other demi-gods. "We're going to take a walk in the woods if you would like to join us." Kaykrae said, glancing at the other demi-gods mid-sentence. I looked back at Bryan and saw him nod, I looked back at Kaykrae and said, "Alright we'll come with you." Kaykrae nodded and walked to the other demi-gods as I held the door for Bryan as he walked out to meet the others.

I closed the door behind us and approached the others along with Bryan. Molten, Lefty, Helpy, Jakey, and Bri were there along with, of course, Kaykrae.

"Lead the way." Bryan said, gesturing towards the forest in front of us. We walked in the forest for a while before we came across an all too familiar spot. I looked at Bryan and I could see that look on his face, the look I was all too familiar with."Why don't you guys go ahead, we're gonna stay and rest a bit." I said, earning some nods from the others.

Once they were gone I sat down with Bryan on the log that I found him on so long ago.

"What's wrong?" I asked Bryan as he stared down at the grass. I looked down on it too and could still see the faint crimson stain left here from a few years ago.

"I remember this place... this is where I would come to..." He stopped, looking away. I put my hand on his and looked back down at the grass before spotting something sliver. I bent down and picked it up putting it in one of my pockets before turning back to Bryan.

"You just have to try to see the positive in every situation and ignore the negative." I said, holding him there in my arms as I looked up at the trees.

We separated after a little bit before going to find the others.
