Breaking Point

Warnings: Violence and bad words (You've made it this far into the story what did you expect?)

Bryan's POV:

I was looking out the window in my throne room when I heard someone in the doorway. "Bryan, their here." Cory said, as I turned to face him. I walked back over to my throne and sat down holding the seductive rose there in my hand.

"Lead them to me, or take their hearts when given the chance." I responded to him. He bowed before heading back out and closing the huge doors behind him.

I retrieved something from my pocket and held it in front of me. I closed my eyes for a second, wanting to hear what he was hearing. "What does he mean you did something to Bryan!?" I heard Bri shout at Mario. I leaned in and said, "I don't know what that was about! He's obviously lying!" Once I said that I waited for a response, "That's not what Xylo said!" I was confused yet angry. What did that f**ker say? I leaned in again and said, "Whatever can we just get this over with so we can get out of here?"

Kaykrae's POV:

Something is obviously wrong here. Mario has been acting weird ever since we found him in that cell. "Mario... are you ok?" I asked him, earning a nod and a "I'm ok." In response to my question. We continued on our way to find Bryan after agreeing to sort that out later. We took Lefty with us and continued wondering down the hallways, looking for Bryan in this huge floating castle.

Eventually we came across two large doors, guarded by by some guards and Cory. They charged at us and we fought fiercely. The guard I was fighting came charging at me with a sword with glowing markings. I dodged him and struck him from behind with my own weapon. He was thrown towards the wall and got back up a few seconds later. He charged at me once again and I felt something touch the back of my tail. I looked down quickly and picked up the sword behind me. Once again the guard charged at me and blocked it with the sword.

This continued for a few minutes before Molten stepped in and punched him into the wall, causing him to bleed fiercely.

I turned and saw that Jakey had woken up and was trying to help Jyles fight Cory. However, because of his ability to suppress others magic, it was very difficult to apprehend him or knock him out. Bri was trying to heal Mario the best she could after he had been injured. Me and Molten focused our attention on trying to defeat Cory and eventually were all captured and brought through the large doors.

No One's POV:

Molten, Lefty, Kaykrae, Bri, Jakey, Jyles, and Mario were all escorted inside the door with the large doors. The other guards that were already inside the room closed the door behind them and stood there behind the group of demigods and animatronics while Cory walked up to the figure who was looking outside the window, back turned to the unexpected and new guests.

The group besides Molten was curious as to who that was. But more importantly, if that was the Ravenclaw that the villager had spoken of. Cory stepped back and stood next to the throne in front of the group. Bryan walked back over to his throne and took a seat, facing the group.

They were shocked but most importantly, they were confused.

Molten was quick to break the ice. "What are you gonna do with us?" He asked Bryan. Bryan looked at him, then at Lefty and said, "Bring me the bears." Lefty and Molten were confused why he had separated them from the rest, but they knew that it wasn't good news.

They were taken to the other side of Bryan's throne and were held in their spots by the guards. Bryan reached back into his pocket and held Mario's heart in his hand. The other demigods knew exactly what was going on, the only question was who's heart it was. "Step forward." He commanded, with Mario obeying as soon as he finished speaking. The other demigods were shocked that it was Mario's heart, after all he was he son of Zeus! He wouldn't go down without a good fight. They saw some purple light come from Bryan's hand, then a few seconds later that same purple light surrounded Mario's heart. Mario started walking towards Bryan's throne and stood next to Cory on the side.

The other demigods were confused and worried abut what Bryan had done to him. And they had grown even more concerned when they saw that his eyes were purple just like the majority of the village. "Why are you doing this!?" Bri shouted, on the verge of tears. Bryan glared at her, standing up and walking in her direction. "Why am I doing this?" He repeated, continuing to walk towards them. "Because the system is corrupt and favors those who hold the most power. You believed Mario over your own brother who you knew was depressed, thought he lost his younger brother, and had problems with bullying, all because I actually took your advice and fought back." He shouted towards them.

He walked over to Jyles and lifted him up with his magic, having him float behind him just like Cory did Mario.

Once Bryan had done so he walked back over to his throne, setting Jyles in place and turning over to Cory, "Suppress his powers for a minute." He said, turning back to Jyles. The other demigods watched the scene anxiously, scared as to what Bryan would do with him. Cory held his hand towards Jyles and after a second his hand and Jyles started glowing a faint dark teal. Once it began Bryan observed Jyles' chest, before shoving his hand through and stealing his heart from his body. The other demigods were trying to break free more than they had before and eventually Jakey was able to free him self from whatever spell they had conjured up and charged at the ones in front of him.

As soon as he charged Jyles and Mario were sent into battle, using Mario as a shield so Jyles and Bryan could avoid getting hit by any of Jakey's attacks. Jakey pleaded with Jyles and Mario, "Please stop this! We were supposed to work as a team! Not tear each other apart." He got no response from Mario but he got the exact opposite from Jyles. "I don't want to do this either but I have to!"

Jyles eventually knocked him into the wall again, almost knocking Jakey out. They were both stopped when the rest of the demi-gods came charging to protect their friend. They battled with Jyles and Mario, with Mario or Jyles being used as a shield to keep Bryan, Cory, Lefty, and Molten safe. Kaykrae and Bri were battling Mario who was unresponsive towards their questions and just kept fighting them. However, with Jakey and Jyles, Jyles had no problem expressing how he didn't want to fight him.

However, it wasn't long before Jyles' eye and hair darkened and Jakey was met with Jyles' violet eyes. Bryan let out a chuckle before saying quietly, "They're so busy fighting each other they've forgotten who they should really be fighting.

Bryan checked his phone and the timer read, "1:59." And continued down to 58 seconds, 57 seconds, and kept getting closer and closer to zero.

Eventually Bryan had enough and simply decided he was going to end this where it began. He looked at Cory which Cory seemed to understand, and Cory clapped his hands twice before their surroundings changed from a dark castle, to the familiar scene of a small clearing in the middle of the woods with a small lake along with a bed of dandelions.

Bryan summoned the seductive rose before saying, "Why not end this where it all began?"

Bryan, Cory, Mario, and Jyles all stood there ready to fight Bri, Jakey, Kaykrae, and the other demi-gods that had arrives just moments before...
