Vien
'Vien, you should always remember........'
'Mom. I know.'
Napatayo ako at lumapit sa glass wall, I pulled the curtain to the right and what came to view was darkness.
It's 3:30 in the morning. Agad akong nagsaing ng bigas. After that, I took a bath.
This building may look like a five star hotel. Pero nakakalimutan niyo ata, this is a spy school.
If you think this elite school gives the proper, grand, or luxurious treatment to students. Boy, you're wrong. The school doesn't tolerate students who are 'maarte' and spoiled students. They treat the students equally.
The school doesn't give a shit about your background. As long as you are talented, you are in.
If you're worried about criminals lurking around NSA, don't worry, the school handpicks students. But as long as you have some humanity inside of you, okay ka na. And if you were to kill someone, do you think you can do that inside this academy? We have a few organizations that can discipline them. The NSASO, the student government, the Peace Org., and many more.
"Shit. Anlamig, arghh."
All the rooms here in this building isn't equip with a proper bathroom. Walang bathtub, walang kahit anong shower, and most importantly, malamig ang tubig.
I dried my hair with a hair dryer. Then, I prepared my breakfast and ate first before putting on my uniform and the orange blazer.
"Sp-AI, time."
"It is four fifteen o'clock." - Sp-AI.
May 45 minutes pa ako bago magsimula ang first period. Alright.
Students wearing different hues of blazers. May mga naksuot rin ng kakulay ng blazer ko, indicating them as Feigns.
"Have you done your homework?"
"Bằng cách nào đó. (Somehow)."
"Isn't it this week?"
"What do you mea—"
"Денят на екипа. (The team day.)"
It was always natural for me to eavesdrop. Natutunan ko kay mama, haha.
Most of the girls on their way to school are in threes or two, yung parang grupo-grupo lang. Pero may iilan namang kanya-kanya lang.
Then, I unconsciously looked in the front door, in Zariah's room. Lumapit ako roon at kumatok ng tatlong beses.
"Zariah~," I called using a polite tone. "Male-late na tayo. Dali na."
I sighed, hearing nothing. Ambagal naman ng babaeng 'to.
Then the door sprang open and I saw her holding a cup of milk on her right-hand habang fully dressed na ready ng pumunta ng school.
