My little angel ~ Steven Universe x reader

(Y/n pov)

    I look in the mirror as I see myself with a gem in my forehead. This can't be real, T-this is all a dream.

   I pinch myself to see if I was really dreaming, Then I look back up at the mirror.

It's still there

     I then wash my face, I REFUSE to believe this, They were probably just seeing things, yeah that's it, they aren't seeing things clearly. As I finish washing my face, I look up at the mirror once again.

ITs sTiLl tHerE

   I suddenly hear the sound of footsteps coming towards the bathroom.

(Connie's pov)

As soon as Y/n rushes to the bathroom quicker than the speed of light, I hear the sound of a warp pad.
There stood the three gems. As amethyst goes to the fridge to grab something, Garnet and pearl head towards the couch on sat down.

"She's in the bathroom freaking out about her gem isn't she," Garnet guesses which is totally correct.

"Yeah, she is," Steven answers back.

     Then they all head towards the bathroom to see the panicking girl trying to convince herself that it's not real.

"I- You're all just playing a p-prank on me r-right," she says holding back tears.

   We all shake our heads in denial.

"So I really am i gem then?" She then sighs and covers her face with her hands trying not to show tears.

Poor girl

   I then walk up to her and hug her trying my best to comfort her.

"Hey, at least you can now do cool things with that gem of yours," Amethyst breaks the silence as she swallows a whole can down.

"I can?" The h/c girl looks up.

"Yeah, you can now summon cool stuff out of your gem!" Steven says excitedly.

"Like what?" She asks clearly confused.

"Like this," Steven then summons a shield out of thin air.

"Or this," Amethyst Summons her whip, along with Garnet summoning her gauntlets and Pearl summoning her spear.

"Woah, I wanna try" Y/n says as she backs up.

She swings her arm hoping for something to appear. Nothing happened. She then swings again and yet, nothing appears.

"How about you practice at the arena?" Pearl suggest clearly worried that the girl would accidentally break something in the bathroom.

"Oh, right,"

   We all walk out of the bathroom and get on the warpad.

I then hear my phone ring, it was a call from my mom.

"Sorry guys I gotta go now, Good luck mastering your powers y/n" I said to her as we give eachother quick hugs.

I then walk out of the house heading home

What a day.
