" Something fell... wait, it's me.. I'm falling.. Oh my! Help, Helpp, Helllp! "... Blaaaaaaaaag!!! I rubbed my eyes and touched where i hit my head. I always have recurring falling dreams. I looked at the clock and suddenly remembered the guy who messaged me. I wonder if he messaged me back? I hurriedly went to my table to get my laptop so i could check.
I drummed my fingers while waiting.. I entered my username and password and immediately check for a response. There is one unread message, I smiled and excitedly clicked on it.
" Salamat po sa compliment pero ikaw po talaga ang cute IHH " I crunched my nose while saying out loud " What is up with IHH, its not very manly! Oh well! " Might as well start my day! I decided not to reply and leave it on seen status.
I started to prepare to go to the grocery store a few blocks away from my dormitory. I need to make sure i have enough food since i heard its possible for a total lockdown. I grab my mask and head out.
I decided to jog to get there faster. I was adjusting my earphones and also trying to find a good song to listen to when suddenly i tripped.
" Miss, I'm sorry, i didn't see you! Here, let me help you up" I didnt grab his hand and smirked. " Tignan mo kasi dinadaanan mo! Nadumihan tuloy ako o!"
" sorry, sorry " He started to bow several times and he looked so apologetic so i decided not to be so hard on this guy.
" sige, sige, basta next time, magingat ka! " I said, and i was about to jog again when he grabbed my hand and said " Ms, sorry talaga, I'm John nga pala" He extended his hand to me.
I shook his hand and said " Cheese! " then i sprinted towards the grocery market.
