I blinked at stared at him.

y/n- what?

a- yeah. didn't she tell you?

y/n- no, she didn't.

I looked down at the ground.

y/n- but it's whatever. i'm fine with it.

a- you sure?

y/n- yeah.

I left his room to go find Charli. I found her in the living room.

y/n- oh hey. when were you going to tell me that you were dating my ex?

I don't know even if I should call him my ex, even though we were never dating, it seemed like we did.

c- oh, so someone told you.

y/n- yeah, someone did. 

I narrowed my eyes at her and my gaze broke to look down at the ground.

y/n- you know, i actually don't mind how your dating him, what i do mind is that you just kept it a secret.

c- y/n..

y/n- no, don't y/n me.

c- he told me not to tell you. 

y/n- what? why?

c- i dunno. all i remember is when we started dating he was all like "don't mention any of this to y/n", but i knew you'd find out eventually.

y/n- ok. 

c- your not mad?

y/n- no, i'm happy for you two. well i'm going to head back to my hotel now.

I stood up and started walking to the door.

c- you're coming to the party tonight, right?

y/n- i don't know.

I slammed the door shut.

Truth was, I kinda was upset at Charli. Why would she get with him after I just moved away.

I walked up to Sway, once again after dozens of Charli's begging texts to come to the party.

I was only planning to stay for a little while, since Charli absolutely had to introduce me to someone.

I don't even know what their name was, let alone why she wanted to introduce me so bad. 

I walked inside, and despite all of the people there, Charli was no where to be found. I sighed and sat on the couch, tired from everything.

I saw someone who looked familiar sit next to me, but I couldn't remember who it was.

??- hey.

y/n- hi.

??- long day?

y/n- yeah. i'm meeting my 'supposed' best friend here, but she's nowhere to be found.

??- supposed?

y/n- it's a long story.

??- well i'd be glad to hear it.

I told the stranger the story on how everything with Noah and Charli.

??- damn, sorry about that.

y/n- yeah.

I looked up and I saw Noah and Charli walk in, holding hands.

y/n- there they are.
