Sam got up and left the couch, and I just sat there, waiting for Charli to drift away from Noah. I took out my phone and my headphones and started to watch some TikToks when I saw a certain one:

I rolled my eyes and scrolled through the rest of my For You page. 

I got off my phone a few minutes later due to all of the people on my For You page shipping Charli and Noah, and it was getting annoying.

I decided to walk up to Charli - and Noah - and ask her who she wanted to introduce me to.

y/n- uh charli?

She turned around and saw me, and Noah's arm was around her. 

c- oh hey y/n, glad you can make it.

Noah just stood silently and looked at the ground.

He pulled his arm away from Charli and put his hands in his pockets.

y/n- who did you want to introduce me to again?

c- oh yeah. 

She turned to Noah.

c- babe, i'll be right back.

He nodded, still looking at the ground and then walked away.

What's his problem?

I rolled my eyes and followed Charli, who I wasn't very happy with at the moment, to the corner of the room.

c- i'll go get him.

I sighed and said ok, and she left to go get them.

I saw her coming back with someone, and smiled.

y/n- hey.

??- hey. 

c- wait do you guys know each other?

y/n- yeah we just met a little bit ago.

s- yeah.

I looked over across the room and I saw someone.

y/n- oh excuse me, i gotta go talk to someone.

I walked over to her.

y/n- hey! long time no see!

cp- oh hey y/n!!

I hugged her.

The truth was, that over the time I moved to Vegas, me and Cynthia had grew closer than ever. 

cp- did they tell you?

y/n- no i had to find out from my brother.

cp- oh my god.
