A Random Lockdown Diary

PAIN
Couldn't do my walk again today cuz I was in pain.  First my legs were hurting.  My mom thinks it's shin splints, which seems pretty accurate.  Then all my muscles started aching and burning.  It was sucky, but whatever.

DRAWING
Tried to work on a drawing commission, but the aches made it difficult, so I decided to wait.

WATCHING
Watched YouTube and Kim's Convenience a lot today.

ORGANIZING
Tried to reorganize my room once I felt a bit better, but I didn't have many ideas, since it's all pretty organized anyway.

HOUSE
Instead, I calculated the cost of furnishing a small house.  I researched everything from coffee tables to laundry detergent.  It was oddly enjoyable.  Might be kind of useless now, but at least I have an outline for the future LOL.

GRILLED CHEESE
Was really hungry after that, so I made myself three grilled cheeses.  Then my stomach hurt.  My bad.

OUTFITS
Looked in my closet and figured out some new outfits for school!  My favorite turned out to be my thin gray sweatshirt with my new mom jeans and a matching gray scrunchie.  I wanted to make some neutral-colored masks, but I didn't have the materials, so I asked my grandma.  She loves new projects, so she's going to work on that soon.  Maybe I can make her something in return!

BORED
Spent the next few hours very bored.  I had energy, but no motivation or focus.  I ended up just eating a chocolate bar, going on social media, and messaging BF.  He's been playing The Walking Dead video game all day.  I'm not super familiar with the franchise, but I like hearing him talk about it.  The characters seem really interesting!  Plus his passion for it is really adorable (for lack of a better term LOL.  I just love that he loves it!)

HAWKY
Spent some time with Hawky today.  Her day was... interesting.  She needed her talons trimmed, so my mom brought her in the bathroom where Gatlin couldn't get her.  Hawky absolutely hates the whole process, so she thrashed and squawked and kicked a ton.  As a result, my mom accidentally cut a talon too short, causing her to freak out and fly into the toilet.  Once she was fished out, she had to take an emergency bath.  She was still bleeding a little though, so she got blood spots all over her cage.  Thankfully, she was okay.  Later though, she was playing on the floor and got a hair around her neck, so I had to carefully free her.  Poor baby bird, nothing went her way today.  Tomorrow will be better!
