Not Eliza ~ Bokuaka Text Story

Miko and Akaashi walked back into the tent to see Akira and Bokuto both laughing with their awfully loud laughs.

"Kaashi! Where were you?" Bokuto said, shooting to approach the boy.

"Your little boyfriend got into a fight. Luckily I saved him." Miko gloated, taking a seat next to her father who was clearly still thinking about what ever funny had happened for he was solidly chuckling.

"You got in a fight? Gōra?" Akaashi nodded with a small smile on his face.

"Yeah, I walked away but he followed me and Miko saved me. It's okay, he was just upset we lost the game and blamed it on me." Akaashi said when he noticed Bokuto starting to look worried.

"Not to break up what's happening because you guys do look cute right now but, Fukurodani has to meet up and talk about the game plan for the finals." Miko said, this made the boys realize that they had been inches apart, holding hands in between them.

"Oh yeah, Kaashi, is your team meeting up?" Bokuto questioned, not moving away from their previous position.

"No clue, I'm not meeting up with them anyways." Akaashi shrugged, looking at Bokuto's lips.

"Why?" Bokuto questioned.

"Cause I'm quitting the team." Akaashi laughed, trying not to make Bokuto get all serious. But that failed.

Bokuto dropped the boys hands and stepped back a bit, "What, why? That means you'll have to spend more time at home."

"Yeah but that's more time helping Kata with things. And I just don't want to be there anymore, Gōra and the others just make me feel like crap." Akaashi smiled. He loved volleyball but after meeting Bokuto, he realized how he should be treated. And staying on that team, wasn't it.

"Oh, I guess that's valid..." Bokuto said, looking at their hands.

"Don't worry about me, did you forget about yourself? I'll just call you if I need you anything." Akaashi smiled and rubbed Bokuto's knuckles.

"This is really sweet but we have 3 minutes Kōtarō." Miko chimed in, everyone turning their attention to her.

"Yeah Yeah, let's go then."

The meeting was a heartfelt discussion about winning at first until it changed into the topic of new things to work on before the final in a few days, mentions of that were things like the spike that took Bokuto out. That topic led into Bokuto getting scolded for kissing Akaashi on the court and giving their team unwanted attention.

"I'm sorry! It just felt right." Bokuto argued.

"Well now once we step into the halls, people are gonna be asking you questions! That's not good for us or the school!" Coach fired back, clearly upset about what had happened out on the court.

"What do you mean the school?" Bokuto questioned, normally the publicity was something Coach Yamiji liked.

"Uh... people will gather trying to get your attention." It took a few seconds to come up with what Bokuto and a few others assumed was the excuse.
