『S.TENDOU』IT STARTED WITH A WHISPER

I wake up on Saturday to my alarm blaring, quickly turning it off so I don't bother Hiroko. I sigh softly, getting out of bed and grabbing some clothes to put on. I end up deciding on a pair of black cargo pants and a dark red crop top, the weather being a bit nicer today.

I quickly brush my hair, making sure it looks presentable, and quickly swiping on some eyeliner and mascara, never having done any more makeup than that.

I pack up my school bag with everything I need for today, grabbing my wallet with the money my parents provide me with every month. I can't wait to go see them again during our next holiday.

I hear some rustling and I see Hiroko looking at me from the top bunk. "Going on a date?" She teases me, smirking as she does so.

I pout, "no... I'm just going to get some coffee with Tendou and get some studying time in."

"Sure~" she laughs, laying back down. "Have fun. Let me know all the details when you get home~"

I shake my head softly, letting out a soft laugh. I see that it's five minutes to 9 and I put on some shoes quickly, making my way to the front of the dorms.

As soon as I step outside I shiver runs down my entire body. I guess I should've checked the weather today, it's a bit windy. I sigh softly, knowing I don't have enough time to run back up to my room and grab a jacket so I'll just have to endure it.

I wait there with my arms wrapped around my body, trying to keep myself warm. I hum softly to myself, trying to pass the time. Suddenly, I feel warm and realize I now have a coat draped over my shoulders. I look behind me and smile when I see Tendou.

He smiles brightly at me, "I had a feeling you would forget a jacket."

I look down and realize it's his volleyball jacket, blushing softly. I slip it on properly, the jacket being a little big on me, but I don't mind. As long as I stay warm. I'm actually kind of surprised, I'm not exactly the smallest person.

"Thank you, Tendou.."

He smiles, "You can call me Satori. We are friends now, aren't we?"

"I guess so," my cheeks flush to a cherry red color. We start walking and I put my hands in the pocket of the jacket, my hands being pretty cold.

He notices and holds out his hand. I smile softly, intertwining my hand with his, getting a warm comfort from him. Maybe I do have a crush...

We soon get to the small coffee shop nearby, walking in to get away from the chilly outdoors. There aren't many people here yet, which is a good thing. I go up to the counter with Tendou, ordering myself a turtle mocha.

He orders what he wants, and I get out my money to pay, but he stops me with a smile. "I'll get it this time."

I pout softly "fine, but I pay next time."

"That's fine with me~" he pays for our drinks and we wait a couple of minutes and they are prepared for us. We take our coffee and we sit down in a corner booth, liking some privacy.

I take a sip of my coffee, "so, any songs that we can base anything off of?"

"Well, they sing this song called 'Heart of Glass' quite often. I think it's their favorite song? I'm just glad it's catchy or else I would've never been able to figure out what it was," he laughs softly.

I gasp, "Hey, I actually know that song! It's one of my favorites too!" I smile brightly, kind of wanting to be friends with his soulmate because I haven't heard of many people who know the song.
