don't worry (mono x seven)

"Are you okay?!" A worried yet hoarse voice asked from behind him as he rugged the back of paperbag and groaned, i looked up to see seven looking at me worried and apologetically "im fine" i tried to reassure him as he helped me get up "sorry..." he said as I managed to steady myself and I sighed again "sev I'm fine" I said turning to him, to be honest I was pretty surprised at the nickname I gave him and it seemed like he was also pretty surprised

I decided to not make a comment on the blush on his face as I walked around and continued to examine the room,i went over to the door to try to push it open while seven jumped to try to reach the ladder, we where both unsuccessful as we went to the right side of the room and entered through the doorway and examined the room before them, shining theyre flashlights around to try to get a better look of they're surroundings

Seven looked up at the gnome that was trapped on the shelf as he ran over and climbed the table as I looked around the room some more, I noticed the shelf had some boxes that we could climb as i looked around to find something we can hop on to reach the shelf

Seven had looked around to try to get the gnome out of the jar as I soon gave up on trying to find anything as I turned to him, he was looking around the desk for soemthing before he just sighed and tried jumping, i noticed that the gnome was fixated of seven but whats better is that it mimicked him and as it also jumped inching it closer to the edge "seven the little guys opening you, keep jumping" i said as seven looked up at the gnome and experimentally jumped to see if what I pointed out was true, sure enough the gnome jumped aswell and was inched closer to the edge

Seven had kept jumping and the gnome mimicked him until the jar had fallen and smashed into pieces freeing the gnome, Seven jumped down and went to the gnome who scurried off behind the drawer and huddled in the corner shaking in fear, i shone my flashlight beside it so seven could see as he picked up the gnome and hugged it, he squished his cheek on the gnomes hat, he looked so content, and so cute...

After while seven let go of the gnome and it began following him around with a small limp, probably from the fall, sevem leeaned down and picked up the gnome that rested comfy in his arms as we searched around, i have to be the one holding the flashlight so help us see cause seven couldn't get his with a gnome in his arms

I looked back at the shelf "sev, think the little guy can reach up there?" I asked pointing at the box as he looked up at it, he seemed to be judging the height for abit before shaking his head, i looked to the other room "what about the ladder?" I asked and he nodded, we made our way to the other room as seven tossed the gnome at the ladder as it grabbed on the ladder began to sink, when it was low enough I began climbing it as seven knelt down to the gnome and whispered something, as much as i wanted to go down and hear his voice i decoded against it as i shone my flashlight around to cut into he darkness

When seven had climbed up we shone our flashlights around to see as much of the room as possible as we decided to check inside the room to our left, we saw a giant eye with a button infont of it as seven jumped up and pressed it before I could voice any of my concerns

When he pressed it the eye opened revealing a video feed of the other room, i thought i heard soem buzzing sound making me wince slightly as seven continued to press it and we saw different rooms, we came across a dump filled with shoes and I saw seven tense at the amount of shoes that probably belonged to the children that didn't make it as his breath hitched slightly and I climbed up to stand next to him

I put my hand on his shoulder as he flinched and seemed to finally get back to reality as he looked at me in shock for abit before smiling, the closer I got the more the louder the buzzing sound got as he leaned against me for abit before he pressed the buttona dn the eye closed

I let out a sigh of relief as we made our way out of the room, i didn't even realize I was holding his hand until we exited the room, i shone my flashlight around before seven had pulled on my sleeve and I turned to him confused

He was gesturing to the carts that where hanging from the ceiling and where filled to the brim with coal and i looked at it skeptically "i don't think we should-" he cut me off when he ran and jumped to the cart, he barely managed to reach it as he pulled himself up, i looked down and saw the gnome looking up and chattering worriedly as seven stood on the cart grinning, i shook my head as i also ran and jumped to the cart, when I managed to grip the side he helped me up on the swinging cart, I jumped to the other side as I looked at the cog that was on the side of a pillar as I jumped on the box and began turning it

The cart was slowly lowered as I looked down at seven 'how am I suppose to get down?' He seemed to have heard my thoughts as he held his arms out to catch me, i looked at him skeptically before I sighed and hopped down, and sure enough I felt the arms catch me and unknowingly pull me into a hug 'guess he thought I was a gnome' when seven realised what he was doing he let go as we both hopped of the cart

I felt something click as I looked at seven to suggest we push the cart tot he other room so we can climb the shelf he cut me off with a yawn as he stretched

He sat down beside the wall and as he looked at me, the tiredness was clear on his face as i sighed and we decided to set "camp", it was mostly just ,me getting the somewhat clean pieces of cloth and using it as a bed, we managed to make two beds as seven sat on his with the gnome fast asleep on his lap, I was laying theyre and looking at him "you should sleep" i said as he looked at me for a sec before turning back to the gnome " dont talk much?" I asked to him and he tensed up slightly "i don't....usually talk...in the nur..sery" he said shyly looking away, his voice was hoarse after supposedly not speaking in awhile

I stared at him, he was looking away shyly and was covering his mouth, he was probably embarrassed for his hoarse voice, i stared for abit before I got up and crawled over to his bed and I put my hand under his chin to turn him to me, i stared at his flushed face for abit as hi reached towards his bangs and brushed the soft hair out of the way

My eyes met the sapphire ones as he stared at me, we where both fixated on eachother as he reached for my paperbag and pulled it off, i didn't really even realize it was gone as we stared at eachother, my eyes soon landed on the bandage that was covering his right eye and his forhead, i felt his hand on my cheek as i found out what position we where in with me practically on him

I inched away and pulled down my paperbag that hid away my blushing face, he also combed his bangs infront of his face and was also blushing

I payed down "im gonna sleep now" I said hurriedly and he nodded also going to bed with the gnome curled up behind him, it wasn't long when I heard soft snores from him as I turned to see him snoring softly, cute-

I cut that train of thought and turned away blushing 'he's not THAT cute' I thought looking away from him trying to convince myself that he wasn't THAT cute and that if anything he was weird, but I turned back to his sleeping form, appearently while I was trying to convince myself the gnome got up and curled infront of seven who embraced the gnome in a hug, his face was squished against its hat once again, fuck
