don't worry (mono x seven)

They woke up after abit to the regular rocking of the ship as seven sat up and stretched letting out a yawn, i looked to my side to see the gnome sleeping soundly and I smiled as I patted its head, i turned to mono who was also sound asleep on his side of the "bed" and was snoring softly, I smiled as I sat up and and waited for the two to wake up

The gnome was the first to wake up as it stretched and looked at me before turning to Mono and walking towards him, I was confused at what it was doing as it just stood behind me, until it kicked him, Mono groaned as he turned to the gnome, even tho the paperbag he wore was covering his face you could practically see the steam coming out of his head as behind those dark holes in the paperbag his eyes where filled with momentary rage

"Why you little-" before he had the chance to do something i stood up and tugged the gnome away from Mono who had tried tackle it, with the gnome put of the way Mono had fallen face first on the floor making him let out another groan as I stiffled a laugh

There was some chasing around for abit but soon enough we decided to pay attention to the cart we managed to get from the ceiling, we tried to push it up the ramp but sadly we wherent strong enough as me and Mono shone our flashlights around to try to find somewhere where we can escape this room, I noticed a stack of boxes that conveniently had a hole situated ontop that I think we would be able to squeeze through

I cleared my throat "look" I rasped out and pointed at the hole above the boxes, Mono turned to see it and I think I saw him light up, but it might just be me "good job sev" he said as he pushed tried to push the cart to the boxes, me and the gnome went ahead and helped him puth the cart, the cart hit the door with a thump as Mono climbed the boxes and i looked down at the gnome who looked at me sadly "dont worry, I'll be back" I rasped out and the gnome nodded sadly

I followed Mono as he jumped through the hole and I did aswell, we landed on the other room and both our eyes landed on the lever that was beside the door "I dont think-" I managed to rasp out but he cut me off when he walked they're

It was pretty obvious that neither of us could reach it with our size but I walked over to him anyways, I was puzzled as to why he would even go here since I'm pretty sure he could tell, I was expecting for us to turn around and enter the other room, i was not expecting for his hands to find they're way around my waist and for him to hoist me up, I let out a queen as I looked at him surprised "get it" he said simply and I turned to realise i was close to the lever, I hid my blushing face to he best of my ability as I grabbed the lever and pulled it down with a click

We heard something move as we made our way to the other room, we peeked our heads through the room our eyes caught on the strange machine as we walked in and shone our flashlights around to make sure we're actually safe, I looked down and saw a gnome running around in a pile of coal as I gasped

I stepped back abit and Mono looked at me confused (atleast I think he did i cant exactly see his face) and it seemed like he was about to ask  a question but was cut off when I jumped off the ledge and onto the huge pile of coal and shased the gnome around for abit, I felt Mono's gaze on me as I run around to try to capture the gnome and after abit of struggle I managed to pull it into my arms and shush it lightly as it calmed down and melted into my arms and I couldnt help but laugh slightly

I threw the gnome up onto the ledge as it climbed up and stayed a good distance from Mono, i saw it hat point to the lever on the side of the maching as I climbed up, Mono noticed the gnome pointing to it as he walked over to the lever making the gnome rush away as he jumped and used his weight to pull it down, the conveyer moved flinging some coal that was on it into the pile as Mono let go and his feet collided with the ground with a slight thud

Once I was up I carried the gnome over to the door as I threw it onto the lever, it grabbed it and pulled it down making the door slide open with a creak and the other gnome rushed in to my side, I caught the gnome as it let go of the lever and I walked back to Mono who conveyer and the thing dangling from it, he wa sin thought for abit before turning to me "i think we need to grab that to make our way to the other side" he said and I nodded as we waited for the right moment before we both hopped on conveyer and where basically flung off it as we grabbed the dangle thing (idk wut to call it) and the rusty metal shreaked as we slid across making both of us wince

We landed soon after as I watched a gnome dip into the machine, Mono walked somewhere else as I stood at the edge of thr machine trying to lure out the gnome, suddenly I went the conveyer move making me stumble abit, i unfortunately wasn't able to get off as I fell into the pile of coa, with a 'oof' as the as the small body of a gnome landed on me, I heard Mono let out a small apology as he looked down as me and the gnome that was also looking down at me surprised and it even seemed concerned

My back stung and I thought I heard something crack but I simply shrugged that off and turned to the gnome that seemed concerned, I sat up and it inched away "hey,hey its okay" I said slightly wincing at my voice as he gnome looked at me cautiously and I held my arms out

The gnome seemed to debate abit before it decided to walk towards me and into my arms, it seemed quite surprised as I wrapped my arms around it embracing it, I soon felt small arms wrap around me aswell as I held in a wince, we stayed like thay for abit before i heard Mono hop down and the gnome scurried away from him, he held his hand out to me "hey, sorry about that" he said scratching the back of his neck that wasn't covered by the paper bag and I smiled "its fine" I croaked out and cleared my throat

I should talke more often

He seemed to lighten up at that and I cpuld almost imagine him smiling, I smiled as i went and picked up the gnome before tossing it over to the other side as it climbed over with  me and Mono following soon afterwards, the moment I was up i felt tiny arms wrap and push me back abit into a hug and I wince slightly as I looked down, I caught a glimpse of the gnomes heads as they hugged me

I kneeled down and hugged them back "sorry for worrying you" I whisper slightly thankful that my voice wasn't to hoarse anymore, we stayed like that for abit with Mono watching alwardly behind me before I stood up, we all made our way to the cart as I was getting ready to start pushing it until Mono pulled me back "i think you should sit this one out" he said placing an arm on my shoulder and I looked at him confused, he seemed to get my confusion as he answered "your body must be sore after that fall" he clarified and although I wanted to say he was mistaken I knew he was right still feeling a slight sting on my back

I bit my lip debating whether or not I should leave him and the gnomes alone to push the cart before sighing in defeat and gesturing to let hi, do his thing, the gnomes surprisingly didn't scurry away as Mono walked over and pushed the cart with them with a loed creak before it began moving

I was walking akwardly behind them as they pushed the cart over the the ramp and into the other room, i watched as Mono hopped on the Cart and climbed up the shelf as he entered the other room and we all stood theyre anxiously to wait for him to come back it didn't take long as the door slid open and I let out a sigh of relief

Mono walked back in the room and went to help the gnomes push the cart, I was about to go help them when he batted my hand away and continued to push it forward i pouted as they continued to push it, I barely had time to gaze down the railway before the cart was pushed over the edge and I braced myself for the crash as it connected with the wpoden boards snapping them into pieces.....

(Yeah, sorry it took me quite some time to get this chapter out i was bussy updating my other book)
