Nisha's POV

Finn walk towards my direction and nasa side sya ngayon ng kotse ko, his head poking inside the window of the passenger seat.

“Ikaw pala yung sinasabi ni Elayne na pinsan nya na maganda.” he said and his grin widen.
“At totoo nga.”

I fought the urge to roll my eyes,
“Yeah, so um..” I said awkwardly.

“Ayaw mo bang pumasok? Nandito din si Mama, for sure matutuwa yun pag nakita ka nya.” he said and I quickly shook my head.

“I'm sorry pero di pwede eh. Hinatid ko lang si Elayne dito and baka kailangan ako ni Tita dun.” Palusot ko.

Finn nodded and was about to say something when Elayne interrupted her.
“Hindi ka kailangan ni Mama dun. Sige na naman ate kahit thirty minutes lang.”

Tiningnan ko sya ng masama but she ignored it.

“Oh yun naman pala eh. Thirty minutes lang.” Finn coaxed and I gaze at the gate kung saan may naglalabas-masok na mga tao.

I bit my lips.
“I don't know..”

Finn seems to notice my discomfort.
“Hey, it's going to be fine. Sandali lang to, promise. Kahit kumain ka lang. I promise di kita iiwan.”

I sighed,
“Fine, pero thirthy minutes lang ah.”

He beamed,
“Thank you!” he said and I parked my car to the side kung saan madami ding naka-park na kotse.

I went out and went to the spot where I saw him but he was there standing alone.
“Asan yung pinsan ko?”

“Nauna na sila sa loob.” he said and held out his hand for me to take.
“Tara na? Hold my hand para di ka mahiwalay sakin. Medyo madaming tao eh, but kung di ka kumportable, ayos lang.”

I smiled sheepishly, I really am not comfortable holding hands with someone I barely know, but I'd be more uncomfortable being lost in a sea of strangers.
So with hesitation I put my hand in his.
He smiled and squeezed it and lead me inside.
Kalma, Nisha. Wala kang kakilala dito, hindi ka maja-judge. Walang malisya to, ayaw mo lang na maligaw ka.

What if Lucian is here? Pano kung makita nya ako?

My heart beat hasten and I force myself to calm down and not to pull my hand out of Finn's hand.
It's going to be okay, Nisha. Lucian's not here. Malaya ka rito.

“Uy, Finnian!” Napaangat ang tingin ko and saw three men in front of us.

“Uy, wag nyo ubusin mga pagkain ah. Madami pang bisita.” Pabirong sabi ni Finn.

Their gaze landed on me and they smiled in a kind manner,

“Girlfriend mo?” One of them asked.

Finn shrugged,
“Kung hahayaan nyang ligawan ko sya.” I would've melted when he said that but since I know how flirty he could get I just rolled my eyes at him which they noticed.
Natawa sila.

“Hoy, grabe ka ah. Baka di ka bigyan ng chance ni ate.”

They talked for a few more minutes and I was just there standing awkwardly and not knowing where to look.
Until finally ay natapos na din and he guided me to a table where elder women sat.
I quickly recognized one of them at agad din nya akong napansin.

“Nisha! Anong ginagawa mo rito?” Tanong nya pero may ngiti sa mga labi nya.

“Hello Doc, hinatid ko lang yung pinsan ko.” I said.
“And nakita ko si Finn so..”
