"Killua you don't understand! Every time we hang out your parents are always telling you to come home. We only hang out for 10 minutes and that's all! Me and you both know your parents hate me... I don't understand why but maybe we shouldn't be together." You say you had a headache from all this arguing he looks at you confused "y/n what are you saying?! I don't understand what you mean. If you want me to talk to my parents then I will!" He says looking into your eyes you look down at the ground. "I'm saying I want to break up. This isn't going to work for us." You say and he was hurt by what you said "y/n..." he says.
"Let's just be friends."
You say looking into Killuas eyes he's looking straight into yours with an upset look.
"Ok well if that's what you want then let's just be friends..."
He says. You didn't know how to respond. You knew it was gonna be hard to be friends with your ex of all people. "O-ok" you stutter he looks down at the ground avoiding eye contact with you. "I'll see you around" his voice was quavering and your still looking at him as his tears hit the ground and his eyes are watery. He turns around then walks away.
Just like that.
You wanted to chase after him but you didn't know what to say to him. It was going on so fast you just stood still watching as he walked away.

Your alarm went off and you groaned slamming it and it stopped beeping. You sat up from your bed and looked at your phone. "He hasn't even texted me my good morning text" then you remembered and you looked at the window "oh right." You sigh and you stood up from your bed and you went to your closet to pick out some clothes. Your looking through your closet and you grab clothes and you change.
You walk to school by yourself and you weren't used to walking by yourself because you would usually walk with Killua. You arrive at school and see Killua talking to Gon you try not to make eye contact with them but then Gon spotted you and ran towards you. 'Shoot' you think to yourself you pretended not to see him and you looked around the school awkwardly. "Y/n!" Gon says approaching you cheerfully smiling "o-oh aha I didn't see you h-hi Gon!" You stutter and he laughs "I was talking to Killua before you got here. He's standing over there." Gon points to where Killua is and you and Killua make eye contact and Killua looks away from you quickly blushing. You look back at Gon "oh uh did Killua tell you?" You say and Gon looks at you confused "tell me what?" Gon says and you sigh "oh no..." you say Gon was confused by what you meant. You felt so awkward knowing that Gon didn't know about you and Killua breaking up.
Gon grabs your hand "let's go talk to Killua!" He says and you both walk to Killua. "Y/n is here" Gon smiles and Killua isn't looking at you or Gon and he was making things more awkward. "Killua how come you aren't looking at y/n and me?" Gon says frowning and Killua turns his head and looks at Gon. "Sorry," he says but he still hasn't looked at you. "Y/n guess what! Me and Leorio and Kurapika went to the movies yesterday and we watched a really scary movie. But I wasn't looking the entire time because it was so scary! You should come to the movie theater with us and so should you to Killua! You both are always on your own not hanging out with us. You guys should go to the movies with me, Leorio, and Kurapika!" Gon says looking at you and Killua "I'm uh busy after school." Killua lies and Gon frowns then looks at you "I have so much school work maybe another time Gon!" You lie and Gon frowns looking down at the ground "oh ok..." he says sounding sad you and Killua both felt bad staring at Gon.
