Chapter 25
Nisha's POV
“Sino pa ba ang hinihintay natin?” tanong ko, impatiently tapping my foot on the concrete floor.
Hans glance at his watch.
“Darating na rin sila.”
“Sino nga? Matt's already here. Kala ko ba tayong tatlong lang?” I said and Matt, who was sitting on a boulder, silently scrolling through his phone looked up after his name was mentioned.
“Ha?” Tanong nya.
Magsasalita sana si Hans ng pigilan ko sya.
“Tama na, luma na yung joke na yun.” I said, making him scorn at me at kinuha ang phone nya.
He was typing or pressing something on his phone before he put it next to his ear.
After a few seconds ay nagsalita sya.
“Asan na ba kayo?”
He rolled his eyes.
“Kanina ka pa malapit ng malapit. Ano ba?”
Then he sighed.
“Siguraduhin mo lang.” then he hang up.
A few minutes later, we heard an, "Oy!" Coming from a distance, and when I whipped my head to the right I saw Finnian along with the girl he's with. What was her name again?
“Buti naman at dumating ka pa.” Hans said at tumingin sakin.
“Since Finn is our friend now, naisipan ko na i-invite sila. Okay lang naman sayo diba?”
I smiled.
“Of course.”
Biglang lumapit sakin si Finn at niyakap ako which took me by surprise.
“I miss you, Nishaaaa.” he said, hugging me tighter.
“Oy, oy, oy, bitawan mo nga sya, sa liit nyang yan baka mapatay mo.” Hans said and hinila ako palayo kay Finn.
Finn just grinned.
“Sensya na. Namiss ko lang sya.”
Hans rolled his eyes for the second time,
“Right.” then his gaze went to the girl he was with.
“And who might you be?”
“Kilala ako ni Nisha.” The girl said with a forced smile,
Hans looked at me and I nodded my head.
“Ah.. Oo kilala ko sya.”
“Ano pangalan?” Finn said as if daring me.
“Erm..Maisie?” sagot ko making him laugh very loudly.
Hans also was staring at him with confusion. Finn's laugh died down and wiped a tear in his eyes, he look at me, still grinning.
“Close enough. She's Armisael. Misa for short.”
..Oh right.
“Oh tara na?” Matt suddenly said next to me making me jump. I completely forgot na kasama pa pala namin sya.
We started walking inside the amusement park. Matt and Hans were walking next to me at nasa likod naman namin sila Finn at Misa.
Of course, since Hans promised, ang una naming pinuntahan ay yung mga rides. The first one was the roller coaster. And Hans being himself, umaabante pa lang yung sinasakyan namin ay tumitili na sya.
As soon as we reached the highest part where the thrill begins, Hans's eyes were tightly closed and he appears to be praying. I rolled my eyes. Dulot nga naman ng kakapanood ng final destination. I don't get how he could watch gory movies and be afraid of everything. Hinawakan ko ang kamay nya and gripped it tightly.
It ws so cold at halatang takot na takot sya. He opened his eyes and looked at me, then I smiled at him.
Matt who was in front of us, sitting next to a cute stranger gave us a thumbs up.
And without any warning, we went down the tracks in such high speed and we entered about three big loops.
Everyone was screaming at the top of their lungs but Hans's shriek is the loudest, I was both enjoying the ride and laughing at his terrified state.
Sumakay pa kami sa iba't ibang rides. Hanga nga ako kay Hans na kahit sobrang takot na takot ay sumama pa rin just because he says he's a "lady" of his words.
At 11 pm we took our lunch at bago mag-rides ulit, ay we decided na maglalakad-lakad muna kami for about an hour or three. Mahirap na at baka bigla kaming magsuka.
Nasa harap kami ng isang stall kung saan kailangan mong mag-shoot ng rings sa mga bote or something like that, or something na inexplain nung lalaki.
I don't know, di naman ako nakikinig and ayokong mag-aksaya ng pera para lang makakuha ng stuff toy.
Kaya lang, bigla akong hinila ni Finn towards the stall.
“Anong gusto mong stuff toy, Nisha? Yung Hello Kitty or Kerropi?” he said then tinuro yung iba pang stufftoys.
“Oh yung Pikachu na malaki? O kaya yung *he gasped then laughed* yung Clefa na lang, kamukha mo oh!”
“Uh, no hindi na. Sayang lang.” I said and he laughed once more.
“Anong akala mo sakin mahina? Kaya kong gawin lahat para say--Misa?”
All of a sudden, bigla na lang tumakbo palayo samin si Misa, tinry syang habulin ni Hans at tanungin kung ano nangyari pero di man sumagot at patuloy na tumakbo.
“Uy, habulin mo yun. Tingnan mo kung napano.” I said to Finn na tumingin sakin at dun sa stuff toys.
“Pero ikukuha pa kita ng--”
“Di naman aalis yung stall dito, habulin mo na bilis.” I said and he just nodded and took off kung saan tumakbo si Misa.
“Napano kaya mga yun?” Tanong ni Hans and I shrugged.
“Ewan.”

After about 30 minutes of waiting. Finn texted Hans na di na daw sya makakabalik at wag daw mag-alala sakanila.
He says that Misa is fine pero meron lang daw misunderstanding na naganap.
I'm sure that it's about Misa's feelings for Finn. Only someone blind would not notice her feelings for him.. And that makes Finn blind, I guess.
She's basically making heart eyes at him at di man lang nya napapansin.
The three of us continued our day, and decided na mag-food trip na lang until we're bloated.
And that night, we went to the nearest park at naglatag ng picnic mat sa may damuhan.
The three of us lie down, enjoying the glittering stars above us.
“Ilang months na ba ang nakalipas nung huli tayong nag-stargazing?” Hans asked.
“Hindi ko na alam.” Matt said.
“Baka nga anim na buwan na ata nakakalipas. Sayang di ko nadala telescope ko.” he said.
“I hope na lagi nating gawin to.” I said.
“Hanggang sa tumanda tayong lahat.”
“Oo naman noh.” Hans said and raised his hand.
There was something in his hand kaya napaupo kaming dalawa ni Matt.
“Ano yan?”
It was a color blue box.
He also sat up at binuksan ito, there were three oval shaped things there.
Kumuha ako ng isa and realized that it's a golden locket without a chain, and when I opened it..
Nandun yung picture naming tatlo.
In the picture Matt's eyes were closed na parang nasilaw sa camera, yung sakin naman puno ang bibig ko at ngumunguya with sandwich in my hand, at si Hans lang ang nakatingin sa camera with a smile and perfect peace sign pose.
The three lockets has the same picture and is secured inside the locket with a thin sheet of glass.
“Walangya ka. Pipili ka na lang ng picture nating tatlo. Eto pa.” I said.
“Mukha naman akong sinasapian dito.” Matt said, staring at his locket with disgust.
“Eh maganda ako dyan eh. Ano magagawa ko? Tsaka ako na nga nag-effort kayo pa madaming reklamo.” he scoffed.
Nagkatinginan na lang kami ni Matt. I sighed and he shook his head, and we both pocketed Hans's "gift" to us.
Since isa lang ang sasakyang dinala namin, unang hinatid ni Hans si Matt then we went to my parents' house para kunin yung mga chihuahua ko na pinabantay ko sakanila kaninang umaga.
Nung nasa bahay na ako, I hugged and thanked Hans for the last time today and went inside.
I took off my makeup, brushed my teeth, then put my hair inside a shower cap and took a quick rinse.
I changed to my pajamas and turned the lights off.
A small smile on my lips as I fell into a dreamless and peaceful sleep.
I was woken up by the loud ringing of my phone on top of my nightstand.
I tried to ignore it and continue my sleep but the incessant ringing makes it harder and it's starting to get on my nerves.
So I grabbed it and nung nakita kong si Hans ang tumatawag, I answered it.
“Tangina naman, Hans. Natutulog yung tao eh. Di ba makakapaghintay yan?!”
“Akala ko ba wala na kayo?!” came his reply.
“Wala na kami nino?” I said, my mind still a little messy.
“Lucian! Tingnan mo channel nya dali!” he said and when he mentioned Lucian, nanlaki ang mga mata ko.
I quickly sat up still on my phone, agad kong binuksan ang youtube app and searched Lucian's channel.
There was a recent video and it already has millions of views and about 300, 000+ likes.
The title of the video is: "We're now together"
I pressed play and Lucian's face quickly popped up on the screen.
“So, I just wanted to share something important to you, guys.” his familiar deep voice said.
His silvery white hair was tied to a side ponytail and he was only wearing his eyeliner and lipgloss as his makeup.
“I'm just..” he said and bit his lips as if suppressing a smile. Then he clasped his hands together.
“You know, so happy that after for so long I could be able to tell everyone.. I have convinced her to make our relationship public..”
My brows furrowed.
What is he talking about?
“Yes, I'm in a relationship with a writer named Nisha Romano and we've been living together.”
