Quirk: Neon Burst
She has the ability to generate and store neon atoms and turn them into beams of highly concentrated neon light. When Neon Burst is stored it can be used as a speed enhancer, form a strong shield, and even allow flight!
After her quirk manifested her left eye turned pink as part of a quirk mutation. (Her eyes will glow when using more energy from her quirk)

Drawbacks: Will experience symptoms of fatigue, vision disturbance, headache, confusion, and dizziness after being exposed to neon radiation for too long.

She is a straight A student with some of the highest grades in Class A along with also being one of the strongest assets during training and fights.
