Exceptional Love [Tim Drake x Reader]

"Sorry, I'm just killing the mood aren't I?" Tom awkwardly scratched the back of his neck.

"Then how about lightening up the mood with a game?" Traci suggested.

And then Steph revealed the box in her hand, "I decided to bring this Jenga game just in case we got bored"

"Hell yeah!" Natassia shouted in excitement, "How about we add dares?"

"Sounds like fun" Jaime immediately smirked.

DING DONG

"It's Daniel" I quickly walked out to open the door for him.

"You guys can start going to the kitchen!" I shouted for the others to hear.

Once I opened the door, I saw Daniel holding 3 pizza boxes and with a guest beside him.

"Grayson is here too?!" I heard Steph yell in surprise.

She knows him already?

I put the thought aside and beckoned them to come in. It's good that both of them already met.

After they walked in, Dick stayed behind as Daniel made his way to the kitchen.

"Did I miss out on the fun?" Dick questioned.

"The fun has yet to start. Hopefully you haven't eaten" I replied.

He shook his head, "Nope. I didn't really have any time to"

"You were running some errands huh" I emphasized.

He silently chuckled after understanding my emphasis, "And I bought your gift as well. You told me to get you whatever, and so I did"

But somehow his sly smirk was telling me that the gift was probably something that I couldn't guess. Still, I accepted the small blue gift bag.

When we reached the kitchen, immediately Tom had a locked gaze on Dick, and he gaped.

"Our final guest has arrived" I jokingly announced and made my way to whisper to Tom's ear.

"Did I forget to mention that the Dick Grayson was coming too?"

He had a ghostly forlorn face, "Am I really one of your best friends?"

I softly punched his shoulder, "Of course you are, which is why I decided to surprise you"

"Well if you put it that way" his despondent expression transformed to a side smile.

I laughed as I placed the gift bag aside on the counter.

After 30 minutes of talking while eating Pizza, we had already finished explaining our lives.

I had shared my story of how I met Mark and Sebastian, and then lost contact with both of them. Eventually, meeting Dick, and living with Anthony Williams.

Jaime talked about how he lived in El Paso and has traveled to Metropolis and other places like Taos as well.

I'm not really certain if he traveled there as a tourist, or if it might've been for a mission. I know that Zeta-tubes can basically teleport you anywhere where they're located at.

Traci spoke about her passion for helping other people in need.

Steph talked about her first time being in Gotham.

And well, we just finished talking about her before she suggested we get started on the game.

Can't say I was necessarily looking foward to it, but I'd like to see the outcome.
