You make memories everywhere, but in the end, you choose which ones you remember.
Exceptional memories come from those you care about the most. Those are the ones you choose to remember, right?
However, what if you don't have control over that?
Retu...
After waiting in line for a while, it was finally our turn. The person who guided us inside the escape room building, led us to a specific room.
Good thing we didn't really lose our patience because we were already bored of speaking about random topics.
We started off by speaking about the school, then we started talking about our first impressions of each other, then how unfair the school system can sometimes be.
And somehow we ended up speaking about the villains in Gotham.
Turns out there are more villains than what I used to know back then.
I knew the Joker was one, Harley Quinn, the Riddler was another, the Penguin, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman.
That shows how limited my knowledge on villains was. Because now turns out there's villains like Killer Croc, Black Mask, the unknown person or hacker going around, and even a guy named Two-Face.
I knew who he was just a few days after arriving in Gotham though. He tried to make a deal with my father by abruptly rushing in the company.
He made a ruckus and was eventually kicked out. Haven't heard from him since then.
And I dont think my father has kept in contact with him. I hope he doesn't because Harvey may seem like a businessman, but he's actually a villain after your fate.
I guess they don't call him Two-Face for nothing.
"Good day, Masters" the person guiding us stated, making me realize he was playing his role as a butler.
He was leading us to this room, where I supposed he'd probably change personality and lock us up.
"Come in" he calmly motioned his hand for us to walk in the room.
Which had a bed with pillows, desk lamps besides it, and a wardrobe. Including a picture frame, desk, and a chandelier.

We did as so, since it was why we're here. We're trying to escape.
"My guests, take as much time as you need..." then his soberly tone of voice changed to a menacing one, "That is if you can leave the room!"
Then he closed the door, and just like that, the game has started.
"Welcome, dear children. It must be your first time here. You must already miss the rays of the sun. Or the taste of cotton candy" a person was speaking through a speaker, hidden in the room.
"What if I don't miss any of that, but I just miss the snow? Or pizza?" Tom questioned, receiving a playful punch in the arm from Natassia. The way he whimpered, I could tell that maybe it really wasn't that of a playful punch.
The person speaking must've been a recording because it completely ignored what Tom had mentioned, and I also decided to ignore his comment.
I tried my best to contain my laugh. Because it wasn't even funny. But it's the fact that he tried to make a joke, but it didn't work out.
