[Third POV]
After the torturous pain of drinking coffee with one hand while still in his suit, he decided it was time he changed.
Now the problem was changing clothes with one hand.
He tried to lessen the amount of movement his forearm had to do. Once he had succeeded, he made his way to Bruce's bedroom.
Unfortunately, when he got there he wasn't there, so he guessed he was in his office, probably working on the security of Wayne Enterprises.
Which he indeed was.
Lucious and him had stayed up quite a bit late to work on the upgrades they'll add to the company. They wouldn't want this incident to happen again.
Tim reached the office and knocked on the door frame.
Bruce looked up from his papers and placed down the cup of tea he was holding.
"Tim?" He questioned.
Tim started looking through the bookshelves. He thought he might as well look through it as he talked,
"How's everything going?"
"We're halfway done. But we still need 2 more days of work" Bruce continued to write notes on the paper in front of him.
"What is it you really want to ask me?" He straight fowardly added.
Tim reached for one of the books and scanned through it's pages, "Did you know about Dent planning something on the day of the gala?"
It was silent.
He needed to know if Bruce was aware, and how much. He also wanted to confirm that what Natassia said was true withal.
"Yes, I'm aware"
Bruce softly dropped the pen on the table, making Tim return the book back in its spot before turning to look at him.
"Why didn't you tell Dick and I?"
Bruce knitted his brows a bit, "I was there during their meeting, so I could handle the situation"
"Besides," he continued, "I was thinking of telling you both about this on yesterday's meeting, but someone didn't show up"
Tim's body tensed, he knew Bruce had made a point.
However, before he could explain himself, Bruce started another topic,
"I heard from M'gann and Dick that (Y/N) had felt ill during the team's mission, but she did well on taking action to protect the team"
"She was brave enough to push herself to do the right thing before her health" he rephrased.
He joined his hands together and placed them under his chin to hold it up, "Tell her that her choice was really considerate of her, but to not push herself like that again. If she really can't go to a mission, then she's allowed to skip it"
"Wait... does that mean..."
"Yes. I'll let her stay in the team. For her designation, we can set it up in a better time" he paused, "Do you not want her in the team?"
Tim was left without words. He couldn't really believe Bruce had already allowed (Y/N) to join. So he was really keeping an eye on her.
About his question though...
Of course Tim would definitely want her to stay, but he wants to protect her. Far from any trouble.
But then he thought about Dick. He remembers him mentioning he wanted to change her perspective of heroes.
