Enemies - the updated version | dm

I was sitting in the common room, reading some of my notes, when I see Draco, Blaise and Flint rush down the stairs from the boy dormitory's. "Get up" Draco says as he looks at me.

I stand up immediately, "Why? What's going on?" I question.

"Professor Umbridge is going to bomb up the Room of Requirement, lets go" He says as Blaise and Flint stand behind him. I sigh as I look down at my book and shut it before I placed it on the table. I walked out of the common room with the boys, till we began to pace towards the room of Requirement. "Why is she bombing up the place?" I question.

"Something to do with Cho" He says.

We continued to pace in silence, till we we're outside of the Room of Requirement. Professor Umbridge was standing with Professor Filch, as she was grabbing onto Cho. Professor Umbridge turns her head to look at Draco, "Mr Malfoy, could you please take Miss Chang?" She asks.

Draco nods before he walks towards her and grabs onto Cho. I met eyes with Draco as he held Cho in front of him, till there was a loud noise. We all turned our heads, as there was a small hole in the wall, till Professor Umbridge made the hole much larger. I looked, once I saw Harry and his friends in a small circle, as they were looking at us.

I looked at Draco when I saw him look at Harry and his friends as he pulled Cho with him. Something in me didn't like the feeling of how Draco was grabbing onto her but I ignored it.

"Get them" Professor Umbridge sneered.

I noticed that Harry met eyes with me, "Mila's working with us, if your interested" Harry says. My mouth opens a little once everyone turned to look at me, "I haven't-"

"Are you telling the truth?" Professor Umbridge asks.

"Yeah, all I have been doing is working for you!" I yell.

Professor Umbridge sighs, "I don't know what to believe, just go to my office! All of. You!" She yells.

I sigh as I begin to walk towards her office, once I hear Professor Umbridge speak again, "Draco, hold onto her in case she runs"

I turn around once Draco let go of Cho, as he walked towards me and grabbed me from behind me. He held both of my hands behind me, once we began to walk towards her office. "Draco.. I didn't do it.. I'm not working with Harry.." I whisper.

"I know you aren't because you have been with me all this time.." He whispers back over my shoulder. I smile a little as we continued to walk to her office in silence.

Draco let go of me once we reached her office to open the door, once we walk in together till we waited for her to arrive.

Draco and I were the only ones inside her office, as we both looked at each other in silence. He kept on looking at me till he smashed his lips on mine. He pulled me closer to him, as we were completely touching each other. We kissed for a while till Draco pushed me away, before Professor Umbridge entered her office with all of the students behind her.

I try and catch my breath as I look at him, as he was still looking at me. "Right, lets begin.. everyone form a line" She says.

Professor Umbridge made us all sit on a table, except for the Inquisitorial Squad, and write out 'I should never do something without permission'. She looked at me as I stood next to Draco, "Miss Blackwood, why aren't you sitting down?" She asks.

"Because I wasn't in Dumbledore's Army, I'm in the Inquisitorial Squad" I say.

"Oh nonsense, there's no need to lie to me dear, take a seat" She says as she smiles before she walks away.

I stammer before I look up at Draco, as he was glaring at Professor Umbridge before he looked down at me, "Just sit, it will be alright.." He whispers. I nod slowly as he lets go of me, when I take a seat on the table. Draco stood behind me, as he was standing next to Blaise.

Professor Umbridge returns, as she has a piece of parchment and a quill in her hand. She hands it to me, "Now dear, I'd like you to write, 'I shall not say lies to my teachers'"

I groan as I look down at the empty piece of parchment before I begin to write. Hermione was sitting down next to me, when she gives me a small smile before she looks back down at the table.

I begin to write, when I already felt the stinging after 2 words. "Mila doesn't have to write, she has been with me all this time" Draco says.

"And how am I supposed to believe you Mr Malfoy?" Professor Umbridge asks.

"She has been with me for all those times we stayed outside the Room of Requirement, there's no chance she could be in two places at once. Besides, your going to believe Potter, after his actions towards the school?" Draco says.

Professor Umbridge stays quiet for a few seconds, "Okay, I guess your right, you two can leave" She says. My eyes widen as I get out of my seat and walk out of her office with Draco.

He closes the door behind him, when he's already looking down at my wrist before he grabs it, "Are you alright? Does it hurt-"

"Yeah, yeah.. I'm okay.." I whisper as I look down at the carved writing. I look up at him, "Thank you" I whisper again.

He smiles before he kisses my cheek softly till we began to walk up towards the common room.

We entered the common room after a few seconds, as Bella and Alexa were sitting on the couch. Their eyes widened once they saw me with Draco, "Oh hey lovebirds" Bella smirks.

"Bella!" I yell.

"I'm sorry, lovebirds?" Draco asks.

"Oh don't act dumb Malfoy, we all know what's going on" Alexa says.

"All?" Draco looks at me.

"Relax Malfoy, she's only told us" Bella says.

Draco nods a little before he takes a seat on the couch. "So when are you guys going to tell everyone about your relationship?" Alexa asks Draco.

He scoffs, "I'm not sure yet-"

"Okay, so answer me this question, Why can't you guys tell everyone?" Bella asks.

He sighs, "I don't know! I just don't want to put a label on it I guess.."

"So what if you guys have a label on it! That's really cute-"

"Just stop, it's fine.." I interrupt when I take a seat next to Draco.

We all go quiet till Blaise and Flint enter the room, once he stands up to go and talk to them. "Mila, you need to talk to him about it, because this can lead to things" Bella says.

I nod, "I know, I'll talk to him about it" I say before I turn my head as I watch him laugh with Blaise and Flint, causing me to smile a little.
