Enemies - the updated version | dm

Later that night, Bella, Alexa and I decided to go to the Great Hall, to watch people attempt to throw their names into the fire. I placed a clean pair of my Slytherin outfit, before we left our dorm.

We enter the Great Hall, as there was quite a few people. The tables were in the side of the room, as people were throwing their names into the fire. Blaise and Flint were here, as they were watching people throw their names in. Every time a student threw their name in, everyone applauded the person.

It wasn't long till I saw Cedric Diggory enter the room, as his friends were pushing him towards the fire. "Come on Cedric, throw it in!" One of his friends say. I didn't really know Cedric that much. All I knew was that he was smart, 17, and really popular around Hogwarts. Cedric stepped into the age line, before he threw his name in. Everyone claps, as he turns around then hugged his friend. After Cedric turned around, I realised he was looking straight across at us, although he was looking at Bella. Bella gives him a small smile, as he does the same, before he exits the room. I playfully hit her arm, causing her attention to go back onto me. I smirk, "What was that all about?" I ask.

She chuckles, "Nothing.."

"Oh yeah right," I say as I continue to look at her, till her cheeks were flushed, "Seems like someone has a little crush" I say.

"Oh shut up" She mumbles before we both laugh.

After a few seconds, Fred and George rush into the room, as they cheered. I chuckled a little, "So, what're you going to do about Adrian now? Are you going to confess your feelings to him?" Bella asks.

I sigh, "I'm not sure, I mean I want to, but it's a little too soon, don't you think?"

"Uhh... hello?! You guys have been with each other  for nearly everyday now, and you think it's too soon?!" Alexa says.

I nod slowly, "I mean, we haven't exactly spoke about it.."

"Because you both are holding back from each other, and now that he has kissed you, you can finally tell him your thoughts, and so can he!"

I roll my eyes as I watch Fred and George drink some potion, before they enter the age line circle. Everyone cheers once they enter the ring, before they throw their names into the fire. Everyone stays quiet for a few seconds before everyone cheers again.

As I clapped, I look around the room, when I saw Draco with Pansy standing behind the crowd. Pansy was looking up at Draco, as Draco was looking straight at me. I try and ignore him, as I turned away to face Alexa, but I somehow knew he was still looking at me.

It wasn't long till the blue flames spat out, causing Fred and George to fly out of the ring. They fell on the ground, as they started to get grey hair, and long beards while everyone laughed.

Alexa, Bella and I chattered for a while, before a girl from Slytherin came up to us. "I'm so sorry to bother you guys," She says before she meets eyes with me, "You're Mila, right?" She asks.

I nod, "That would be me, who's asking?"

"No one, I just had to know for sure" She smiles. I realised after a few seconds, it was the girl who was laughing with Adrian earlier today. "Uhh.. are you friends with Adrian?" I ask.

She nods, "Yeah, Adrian and I have been friends even before arriving at Hogwarts.. we tell each other everything.. including about you" She smirks.

I widen my eyes, "He's talking about me?" I mumble.

She nods slowly as her smirk grows, "All he talks about is the good in you"

"What do you mean?" Bella joins into the conversation. She looks at Bella, "All he talks about is the good things, the positive things about you, like the way your polite, respectful, intelligent, loyal.."
