The curtains moved a little bit as the wind passed through it by the open window. The bright sun shined down at them, abruptly waking up the ex-Adeptus who rubbed his eyes as a reaction.

He squints his eyes at the brightness, attempting to stand up from the bed only to realize that you were tightly wrapped around him like a cocoon. Your legs were tangled with each other, and he couldn't help but sigh in satisfaction.

He stares at you with a small smile, combing your hair. He softly nudges your nose with his index finger, pinching it before his hands traveled to your cheeks. He caressed it, before he pinches it too.

He touches your forehead for a moment, before he flicks it. He leans in, whispering in your ears with his rather husky morning voice. "Goodmorning."

Heat started to rush in your cheeks, as you could feel yourself turn red once you heard his voice. He kisses your forehead, before he removes you in his arms to stand up.

"I'm going to the Harbor. Do you want to come with me?" He asked you, before walking to the bathroom to fix himself.

"Of course." You answered, stretching out your arms before you stand up, following after him. You grabbed your toothbrush, gargling before standing beside him as you brush your teeth. He looks at you at the mirror, criticizing. "You should grow more. You're small."

You scowl at him. "If I do, I'm afraid you'll be the dwarf in our relationship."

"That's harsh of you. You've really hurt my feelings, did you know that?" He exaggerates, putting his hand over his heart.

After you've finished brushing your teeth and taking care of yourself, the two of you made your way to the Harbor.

You passed by a shop that sells things for babies, and for a moment, Xiao stops walking and stares at it. He tilts his head, imagining a scenario with you where you have his kids in the future. At that thought, he smiles like a kid who received a tasty candy from the person they liked the most.

"What are you smiling for?" You asked him. "It's hard to believe that a grumpy ex-adeptus like you could be a joyful ex-adeptus."

He pursed his lips, intertwining his hand with yours once again before he leads you to his destination. After doing what he needed to do, the both of you continued to stroll along the streets of Liyue Harbor.

He looks up at the blue sky that was now covered with dark blue clouds. "It looks like it's about to rain. We should go home now."

You shake your head at him. "Wanna dance at the rain again?"

He stares at you, raising his eyebrows. "You're still as crazy as ever." And he still loves you.

You smile at him, as you started to dance with him slowly. His hands were on your waist, and your arms were around his neck.
