I walked into the studio in a decent mood. I had spent last night at Adley's dorm. I went to hang out with her and we ended up falling asleep. I did like staying with her last night but the dorm beds are tiny and uncomfortable so my back is killing me today, but that's perfectly fine if I got to stay the night with my girl. Damn, I'm whipped.

"Bro!" Ashton yelled as soon as I walked in, "I went by your house last night and you weren't there"

I sighed. I already know what the reactions going to be when I tell him, Luke, and Michael, where I was,

"I was with Adley. I fell asleep at her dorm" I spoke as I went to grab coffee from the pot. I got nothing in response,

"Look, I know you guys think she's like a little baby but she's not. She's nineteen. She'll be twenty first week of March so chill out. We're four years apart it's not that big of a deal" I snapped,

"Damn. Sorry Cal. We just don't want you getting hurt again" Michael spoke,

"I know you don't" I sighed, "But I really like Adley so please, be a little nicer and just get to know her. She's not a terrible person"

"You're right. We're sorry Cal" Luke stepped forward, offering a hug. I hugged him then moved onto Ashton and Michael,

"Let's get writing" Ashton slapped my back and shoved us all into a writing room.

I broke off on my own to write. I was mad and needed to be alone. I had so many ideas in my head that I had to get out. I wanted to put them down on paper myself instead of saying them aloud to the group. I find myself doing that a lot. It's like I'm embarrassed to be vulnerable. Once I write, I'll give it to Ashton to show the group.

We decided to take a lunch break where our manager went out and got us food while the boys and I lounged around,

"Hey, you guys want to come over? We can hang out by the pool and stuff. The girls too." Michael asked. Ashton and Luke agreed right away,

"Is Adley invited?" I asked,

"Of course Cal. I said the girls" Michael defended. I nodded and pulled out my phone:

[ Awesome! I'll come pick you
up and you can stay at mine tonight ]

"Me and Adley will come" I informed. Michael smiled,

"Good"

Calum texted me, telling me he was on his way up. I sighed and zipped my bag containing extra clothes for later and tomorrow,

"Dude calm down. You've been going out with Calum for three months now" Miya groaned, sitting on the edge of her bed,

"It's not him Miya. I'm pretty sure his friends don't like me" I sighed,

"Oh," she softened, "I'm sorry. Do you know why?"

"I think my age" I shrugged,

"You and Calum barely have an age gap. Don't his friends have bigger ones?"
