It was 2 days later and Newkirk wasn't feeling any better. He was still sitting in front of the toilet trying to catch his breath with Hogan rubbing his back. "Are you feeling okay now Newkirk?"
Newkirk nodded until he felt more bile rose up into his throat before he had a chance to get any words out. "Yea- no." And the cycle continued. Hogan sighed, as he hated seeing Newkirk so sick. "I'm sorry..." Newkirk said as he finally was able to grasp reality again leaning on Hogan. "Don't be sorry... you can't help it. I don't care how sick you get, I'm going to be here." Hogan helped Newkirk up flushing the toilet. "Whoever invented morning sickness has clearly never been pregnant." Newkirk said as he brushed his teeth quickly. Hogan giggled walking out of the bathroom with Newkirk quickly running into Kinch. "Hey Hogan, Col. Klink wants to see you. We will be listening in on the radio." Hogan nodded kissing Newkirk. "Okay, I will see you all in a bit. Stay in the tunnel listening until I say the code word Dragonfly. It's just incase I need help.
Kinch and the gang nodded heading down the tunnel to Kinch's radio set up. He puts on his headphones and plugs them in to make the bugs in Klink's office turn on.
Hogan walks into the entrance of Klink's office. The secretary Fräulein Hilda was sitting at her desk. "Good morning Col. Hogan." She said with that grin on her face. She walks in front of Klink's door where Shultz would usually be. "Excuse me dear I need to see the Kamedant." Hogan told her as he took his cap off in respect. "Not until you kiss me." She said. She was always on the skippy side, not afraid to ask the men for her desires. "Sorry Fräulein, not into that." Her face pouted. She rolled her eyes and sat back down. "Sometimes men are jerks." Hogan rolled his eyes walking into Klink's office. "Ah! Hogan!" He got up from his chair. "Come! Have a seat." He said. "What's this about Kamedant?" Hogan asked sitting down pulling out a cigar from the box on Klink's desk. "Thank you for asking for a cigar- never mind. I hope you know Hogan that 4 days ago, a shipment of supplies for civilians came into camp."
"Really? I didn't notice." Hogan always knew how to play stupid. It was a gift he had. Back in the tunnel, the boys were listening over the radio. The gang listened closely. "And ever since the shipment has left, I got a call from Stelag 9-"
"Ugh Klink, why is it always Stelag 9?"
"Shut up Hogan!" Klink said. "Anyways, I get a call from Stelag 9. They said that a bag from inside a case was open. Which contained the most important supply. The first home pregnancy test for women with husbands in the war. And they say one is missing."
Hogan swallowed a huge lump in his throat. "Okay? We have no women here. Or in Stelag 9?"
"That's not my point Hogan. Do you know anyone who has taken anything from the cases? You've been acting VERY suspicious lately. Like something is troubling you."
Newkirk gulped and looked at the others. "Dear lord. If they find out right now I'm screwed." LeBeau patted Newkirk on the shoulder. "Don't worry, Hogan won't blab."
"Relax Klink. Don't get your monocle sweating. No one had anything to do with it."
"You realize I don't believe you right. You've been missing out on morning roll calls, and some meals even. Im suspicious. Do I need to keep a close eye on you?"
"No Kamedant..."
"Good. Start behaving better or it's the cooler for you, and anyone who follows your footsteps. Dismissed." Klink salutes Hogan off and Hogan quickly walks out of there. Hogan walked back to his Barack, knocking on the bunk twice watching it lower. The gang looks over at Hogan climbing down the ladder throwing it back up to make the bunk look normal. "Sorry guys. Did you hear all of that?"
"Yes. Thank you for not telling him." Newkirk said. "We also got a message from London while you were gone.. the shipments are still going out and at 23:00 they want us to go out and check the cars. Each car should have 3 crates." Kinch added on.
"Okay. So around 22:30 we head out. Use the tree stump tunnel by Brickman's road to get out as less Kruats are hanging around. Carter make sure to get a few smoke bombs so we have time to hide incase were caught." Carter nodded. "Right sir."
"Okay. What time is it now? It's almost 8, so we have a few hours." Hogan quickly looked at his watch before looking back up. "If anyone needs me, I'll be in my office." Hogan winked at Newkirk as no one was paying attention. He walked towards his office holding the door open for Newkirk to go in. Newkirk walked in and they almost didn't have time to lock the door before they wrapped their arms around each other and laid their lips together.
The kiss was passionate, the heat was there. They had to keep quiet as the gang was on the other side of the door. They liked to snoop a lot. Hogan threw his cap on his bunk as they continued to embrace each other. "I love you Hogan."
"I love you too Newkirk." Things only escalated from there. The heat of the room continued to rise as they were laying on each other on Hogan's bed.
Due to me getting attacked for writing smut, sadly I do not include it in my stories anymore as it leaves me more rooms for scenes of birth and passion. So please make up any scenario in your head!
"God Hogan I forgot was it was like. That's how I got pregnant in the first place." Hogan giggled wrapping his arm around Newkirk. Newkirk cuddled up against Hogan until the clock strikes 10." The lights in the Baracks turn off as they normally do this time of night. "Are you sure you want to do this?" Hogan asked Newkirk. "Positive." They both lay one last kiss on each others mouths and they both get up to get dressed. Newkirk turned to his side in Hogan's mirror. His belly was definitely coming in. He normally felt bloated now but it was definitely a bump. Newkirk smiled. "Hogan look!" Newkirk said as he got his clothes on. Hogan walked over to him as Newkirk lifted his shirt. "There's really a baby in there! And it's ours." Newkirk teared up. Hogan almost did but realized he had to stay strong or else the tears would never stop. "Yeah... it's ours." Hogan smiled and kissed Newkirk. "I'm so proud of you. For staying strong so far. I can't wait for our family..."
Newkirk and Hogan share one last passionate hug and kiss before walking out. "What the heck were you guys doing in there for 2 hours?" Carter asked. "Carter are you an idiot? Don't ask questions like that." LeBeau smacked Carter in the chest which causes him to stumble back. "Alright that's enough. We move out in 30 minutes. Klink should be asleep then and it will be safe to move out. Just be careful of the lights okay?"
The gang agrees before heading out. They covered their face in black ash to blend in, the others change into some black clothing and they head out through the tunnel.
About 100 feet from camp, there's a tree stump, designed to look like a NORMAL tree stump, but it wasn't, it was a tunnel exit to outside the camp. The top opens out and the gang climbs out of it. They close it quickly dodging the lights every couple of seconds. They move to where the lights can't reach and look up to see a 5 trucks all in a line. It's the supplies. The gang sneaks around to the back to check the first truck as it is stopped by German Officers. "1... 2... 3. All here Colonel." LeBeau said. "3 counted in the second." Carter added.
"3 in the third."
"3 in here Colonel."
"Okay and there's 3 in here... be careful as move back. Do not get caught, there's a lot of guards out tonight." Hogan nodded. "If you need too, wait a couple of seconds. We all need to take turns. I'll go last. LeBeau go first. LeBeau nodded opening the top of the trunk and climbing down before the searchlights picked back up. They all went down the trunk and Hogan sealed it off. They all high five down in the tunnel. "Alright, shipments will continue to go out as normal and we can take a break for a little bit. Let's get to bed before Klink decides to do a surprise bed check. The gang agreed and ran to the bunk tunnel for the night climbing into their bunks.
Hogan closed his office door after kissing Newkirk goodnight. Newkirk smiled and realized his life was actually beginning to shape up. It wasn't as stressful. Only if he could stop being sick at the worst times.
Stay tuned! Chapter released soon :) ~JHB
