Gosh THAT was embarassing. What the hell is wrong with that girl ?

Me and Sophia then settled down at a bench, to wait for a taxi instead.

Out of all time, that annoying girl just had to come out of nowhere to ruin my peaceful life. Like what the hell. I gotta ask mom if what she said was true or not ugh.

"Who was that girl ?" Sophia asked

"That annoying ass girl ?" I turned to her and she nodded

"A girl from my old school" I said to her as I texted mom to ask about what Melody said earlier

"You used to be schooling with her ?" she asked and I nodded

"She seemed to know your family though" said Sophia

"Her family is close to mine" I said to her shortly

"Ah, I see" said Sophia

"She seemed... Obsessed..." Sophia uttered

"Yeah, she is obsessed. Ever since we were kids" I sighed

"Oh wow,,, Must've been tough for you" said Sophia

"Believe me. I would usually lock myself in my room just to avoid her whenever her family came by to visit. Sorry if that situation made you uncomfortable" I said to her

"I-it's a-alright" she smiled

"Thank you for trying to help me earlier. Sorry for suddenly calling you my 'girlfriend'" I said to her as I chuckled

"I-it's alright. You just wanted to make her leave a-and it's totally fine !" she reassured me

"I'm glad that you were there though. If you weren't, I probably wouldn't know what to do" I smiled at her

I then noticed her face getting slightly red.

Is she blushing ?

"You're welcome" said Sophia

"Though... Thank you for the compliments earlier. I needed to hear something nice about me today" she smiled back at me

I felt like I was struck by an arrow

"Y-you're welcome" I looked down

I placed my hand on my left chest as I could feel my heart beating faster
