White. You were surrounded by white and people in weird masks and suits. They had weird tools and were mumbling things you couldn't understand. You were scared, you tried to move, tried to get away. You were strapped down and that frightened you even more. One of the people looked up, surprised. They yelled something to another and moved toward you with a needle. You felt a pinch in your arm. You didn't want to go back to sleep, you tried to scream.

You felt yourself being shaken. You opened you eyes, and looked around. Relief washed over you when you realized you were in the Glade. You looked into the eyes of Thomas, he was looking at you worried. He swiped his thumbs under your eyes, it was then you realized you were crying.

"Y/N, are you okay?"

"Yeah...No," you burst into tears again, clinging onto his shirt. He held you, whispering words of how it was going to be okay and how you were okay.

When your sobs had turned into sniffles, you were ready to tell him what was wrong.

"What happened? All I heard was you screaming and I didn't know what was going on. I ran to you as fast as I could."

"I had a nightmare. It was about something from my past. There were people in weird outfits and they were holding strange tools. It was terrible," a few tears had slipped down your cheeks again.

"Oh my- Y/N, I'm so sorry. I understand how that feels," he pulled you onto his lap and rocked you back and forth.

"Thomas, I don't want to go back to sleep. I'm scared of what I'll see."

"You can't not sleep."

"Will you stay with me?"

"Of course. Anything for you," he laid you down. He wrapped his arms around you and pulled you close. You were still scared, but the warmth of Thomas and listening to his steady heartbeat soothed you.

"Goodnight Thomas."

"Goodnight Y/N. Dream of me and you."
