Techno pov.
Phil didn't come out of my room for a few hours, every now and then he'd call for Ranboo. However, he never called for me. Ranboo seemed to become more uncomfortable the longer this situation went on. When Ranboo wasn't helping Phil, he was sitting in silence with me in the living room, both of us avoiding eye contact and hanging our heads; mine in my hands, his just toward the floor to avoid the uncomfortable eye contact.
A slow creak could be heard as the door opened from my room. My head lifted as I made eye contact with Phil. He seemed exhausted as he shuffled out of my room, his arms full of wet clothes. Phil dropped the pile into a basket that was sitting near the door, he then slowly made his way over to me. He stopped right before me and sighed heavily. I stared straight before me, practically frozen under his hard stare. Phil dropped down to his knees, bringing himself to be at eye level with me.
"Techno.." His voice was quiet, as he spoke in a whisper. Phil reached a hand forward and rested it on the top of my head, he ruffled my hair softly. "I think we need to work on dealing with the voices again." My face contorted slightly at the idea. Phil frowned, "Techno, I'm serious." I sighed, frustrated. I hated trying to 'train' the voices. Phil stood up, "I'll help you with it." I stood and walked past him, making my way into the room. "Techno.." I could hear him groan as I closed the door. He's serious, isn't he?
I pulled a chair up next to the bed and sat down, my eyes drawn to her sleeping features, a stray eye lash fallen against her cheek. I reach forward and brush her hair out of the way with my thumb. Y/n's lips contort into a soft, barely noticeable smile, her face turning to press into the palm of my hand. I can feel my cheeks warm as her eyes slowly open. She stays quiet for a moment before she mumbles, "Good morning.."
I stop for a second, registering her reaction. I can feel my throat tightening up as I notice her labored breathing and the trail of tears staining her skin, but I can't help but smile at her tired state. My hands reached forward and wrapped her up . She closed her eyes and sighed, relaxing her features and smiling softly up at me. "I had a bad dream Techno.." She mumbles quietly into the palm of my hand, her lips pressing softly against my skin. I can feel my heart beat out of my chest as it breaks, knowing this moment is wrong, "Do you want to talk about it?"
She went quiet for a moment before shaking her head, "When did you get back," She pulls herself away from my hands and sits up slowly, "I'd been waiting for you.." Y/N mumbled, her cheeks a soft pink color. I hold my hands in my lap as I sink down onto the edge of my bed. "I got back a few hours ago.." She stops for a moment, she looks confused, "Hours?" I nod in response. "I didn't mean to sleep that long," She begins to pull the blanket off of herself to climb out of bed before getting a coughing fit. She groans and lays back into the pillow. I pull the blanket back over her.
I can't stay in here. Her fragile state, it burns me. It aches. My heart hurts seeing her like this. I caused this. She's pale. Sweat is layering her skin, her hair is stuck to her face. I can't help but notice the chills wrecking her body. She drifts off, her hand slipping out of mine. I stand slowly and shuffle out of the room. I feel a little dazed as I close the door behind me.
"Techno...?"
"Are you crying?"
I look up slightly to see Philza standing right before me, worry written on his face. I don't believe he's ever seen me cry. He reaches out to wrap his arms around me as I rub my face with my hands. "She's not okay is she?" He held me in his arms, not saying anything for a few moments. "No Techno, she's not okay."
"And I made it worse?" He didn't say anything except for nodding his head. I sighed heavily into Phil as I pulled him tightly against me. "I'd do anything." Phil leans back slightly to look at me, "I will do anything... to fix this." Philza sighs and releases me from the hug, "Techno.. I wish you hadn't of done this."
Done what?
