"Ah, Wilbur!" He held his hand out for Will to shake it. Will was hesitant to shake his hand, but still did shake it. "Hello to you too." Will let go of his hand, and he looked over at me with a confused stare. "And you are?" I looked at Will for some encouragement and he just nodded. I took a deep breath and held my hand out to him. "Y/n, the second Secretary of State for L'manburg." He took my hand and shook it. "It's a pleasure." When he let go he stepped back and put his hands behind his back and bowed. He tilted his head up to look at me.

"I'm Shlatt."

Y/n's POV

Shlatt stands back up straight and fixes a part of the sleeve of his suit. "Well it was wonderful seeing you again Wilbur! Pleasure to meet you as well, Y/n." I guess he doesn't remember me after all. Not too surprising but still hurts a bit. "Pleasure meeting you too, Shlatt. I have to go get changed for the results. I'll talk to you later, Will." I quickly walked away to my house to get changed. Before I left my house again, I made sure that I had grabbed my sword, bow, and a couple arrows. I step out of my house and run to the center of the SMP where the results are gonna be announced.

Once I got there I immediately looked around for the others. I immediately see Eret, who is sitting next to Nikki and Tubbo.

"Hey Guys!" They all turn around, I'm jogging towards them waving. Tubbo immediately got a huge grin on his face and hugged me as soon as I got over to the three. I giggled a bit and looked up at the other two people in front of me while still hugging my brother. "How are my two favorite Bisexuals?" They both laugh and both reply with "Good." Tubbo lets go of me and is basically jumping up and down.

"I wonder who is going to win, also does anyone know who took Q's place to run for president" Nikki was looking around our small group. She must have seen my mood change. "Y/n? Are you okay? Do you know who it is?" Nikki looked really concerned about my sudden mood change. "I'm fine Nikki, and yeah I know who the new nominee is." Tubbo looked up at me then asked "Well who is it?" Tubbo doesn't know who he is to us, but I do and I just hope he doesn't get hurt. I took a deep breath then looked at them. "It's JShlatt, he's the new person running for President." Nikki and Eret both looked at each other in shock and looked back at me. 'Does he know?' Eret had mouthed to me. I just shake my head and Tubbo just looks confused.

"Who is Shlatt?" I look down at my brother and just give him a smile. "You'll meet him soon enough, let's just settle down. The results are about to be announced." He just nodded at me and smiled. I looked around trying to find Wilbur and Tommy, I looked towards the back of where everyone was standing and spotted both of the tall men and gave them both a small little wave and a thumbs up for encouragement. Will nods at me and Tommy just gives me a big toothy grin. We all looked up at the stand where George stood, he was going to be the one who announced the new President and Vice President.

"Hello everyone, and welcome. I'm just gonna get down to the chase and tell you the votes." I look over to see Big Q holding a box, with which I would presume to be the results. George grabbed the box from Q and opened it and pulled out two pieces of paper. He scanned over them before he read them out loud. It looked like he hesitated before he spoke.

"The group with the most votes was..." George hesitated on finishing his sentence. I don't have a good feeling about what's gonna happen next. "Swag2020 has won the election." I could hear gasps throughout the crowd. I look down at Tubbo who is shocked and he looks back at Tommy and Wilbur. I follow his gaze to spot both Wilbur and Tommy both with a mixture of a shocked and hurt expression. I look forward to see Shlatt start walking up the podium with a unnerving grin on his face. Once he got to the top of the podium and stood in front of the microphone, he fixed his tie with a sly toothy smirk on his face.

"That was pretty easy," I was just looking up at him in disbelief, what was he planning to do? He leaned on the stand that the microphone was placed on. "This place will be a lot different tomorrow." I could hear murmurs all around me, all terrified about what he was about to do. "Let's start making it happen." His smirk started growing even more. I could hear Tommy in the background trying to get Wilbur's attention, but he was too focused on what Shlatt was about to say to even answer him. "My first decree, as the President of L'manburg." This is not the same man I once knew, he was much different. Much more evil. "THE EMPEROR OF THIS GREAT COUNTRY!" I could still hear Tommy trying to get Will's attention, but Will still wouldn't budge. "IS TO REVOKE, the citizenship of Wilbur Soot, and Tommyinnit." Tubbo gripped onto my arm, terrified about what was going on. I pulled him close and tried to calm him down. Everyone was yelling different things, it was hard to tell what was going on. All I hear is Nikki yelling and Eret holding her back from running towards Tommy and Will.

"Tommy, Tommy run! GO RUN!" I turn around holding Tubbo in my arms as I see Tommy and Wilbur running towards the borders of the SMP, fleeing for their lives. "Tubbo, let's head home, we'll be safer there. Eret, bring Nikki and let's go." I'm holding Tubbo close to me while we walk to our home fast so we can get out of this commotion. In just a couple minutes we arrive at our home, we all walk inside the house and I finally let go of Tubbo. Nikki and Eret both sit on opposite sides of the small couch while Tubbo sits on the chair right next to it.

"Does anyone want anything to drink?" No one moved an inch for a couple moments before Eret looked up at me with a weary expression. "I'll have a glass of water, thank you." Nikki mumbled a small 'me too' and Tubbo just nodded his head, so I assumed he wanted one as well. I walked to the kitchen and got three glasses from the cupboard. I walked to the faucet and filled the glasses with water then went back to the living room for everyone to still be in the same place. I placed the cups on the coffee table and leaned against a nearby wall.

"Do we want to talk about what just went down? About what's gonna happen to L'manburg" Nikki was staring at the floor waiting for an answer, but no one gave one for a couple seconds. "I think we should rest for now and talk about this sometime tomorrow. Everyone is in shock at the moment and I don't know if we can think clearly about what just went down." Eret nodded his head in agreement along with Tubbo. I walked over to Nikki, she hasn't moved from the same position since we got to the house, she was curled up on the end of the couch looking at the ground. I kneeled down to her level and just gave her a hug. She just lost her best friend and nation at the same time in the past 30 minutes. I helped her get up from the couch and started leading her to one of the guest bedrooms. I stop and turn to Tubbo "Hey bud, can you get some pillows and blankets for Eret. He's gonna sleep on the pull-out. Can you do that?" He looked up at me and just smiled and nodded. I helped Nikki to her room and just sat in there with her till she fell asleep. I walk back out to Tubbo finishing Eret's bed. "Thanks for letting us crash here Y/n, you have no clue how much you help me and other's calm down." Eret smiles at me and I just smile back. "Well you should go to bed now, we probably have a long day tomorrow. Goodnight, and Tubbo I'll tuck you in. You go ahead and change, I'll be there in a minute or two." He nodded his head and walked away to his room. I turn back to Eret and he gives me a sympathetic look.

"Are you ever going to tell him? He doesn't remember him, he was too young to remember. Don't you think he deserves to know the truth?" He looks at me for some sort of answer.

I sigh "Not now, with all that is going on I don't think it's a good idea to tell him." Eret just simply nodded his head at my decision and waved me goodnight as I walked to Tubbo's room. I knocked on his door "Come in!" I open his door to see him criss-cross on the end of his bed. "Hey buddy" I sat next to him on the bed and crossed my legs. "Hey Y/n" we both scooted back to lay our back on his backboard. We sat there for a couple minutes of silence. 

"Do you think things will get better from here?" I looked at him, I wanted to lie to him, but I don't know if I could. "I wish I knew buddy, I have no clue what's gonna happen," I hug him and lay down with him. "I just hope that you stay safe and everything will sort itself out." He hugs me back and closes his eyes and snuggles into me. I turn to the lamp and turn it off then snuggle with Tubbo.
