"Do you think everything is going to stay the same as it is now Techno?" He shifted and moved his hand on top of my head and started stroking my hair. "I can't promise anything, but I will do everything in my power to keep you safe." I smile and curl up into his chest and close my eyes.

"Then I will do the same. I will keep you safe."

Y/n's POV

It had been several months since we've been at the house and everything was peaceful. I was helping Techno with his voices and he was helping me learn how to use my power better. We've made so much progress on everything and we've even gathered more useful items, but I've noticed that some items have somehow disappeared. I brushed it off and continued with everyday life. I was outside gathering some honey from the bee farm that Techno built. When I was exiting the building I looked up to see 4 figures in the distance, but I couldn't quite make them out. I shrugged it off and continued to walk inside the house to find Ghostbur floating around looking at books.

"Hello Ghostbur." He looked down and smiled brightly as he set the book down and floated down to see me. "Hello Y/n! Did you see the people outside? They were really nice!" I raise and eyebrow towards him. "You talked to them?" He nodded his head. "Yeah Quackity, Tubbo, Fundy, and some other really tall kid. They asked where you and Techno were so I told them." This couldn't be good at all, I smile at Ghostbur then run to the ladder leading upstairs. I find Techno at the enchantment table, he turns his head to look at me and he greets me with a small smile.

"Techno. Quackity, Fundy, Tubbo, and another person are here." His smile drops as he gets up and starts grabbing his armor from the armor stand and goes to other chests and starts grabbing some stuff. "Go get your armor, but don't put it on yet and grab some potions and grab some totems as well." I nod at him and rush back down the ladder and start grabbing all of my things. I was able to sneak a totem before I heard a knock on the door. I get up from the ground and take a deep breath in before walking to the door and opening it.

"Hello Y/n." I smile at the small group as I look at all of them, specifically the new guy. He was tall, like REALLY tall with half of his face being white and the other being black and he had hair to match. He wore a suit and crown, his eyes were green and red. He looked a little frightened, like he didn't really want to be there. Despite his height, he looked around Tubbo and Tommy's age.

"Hello Quackity. How are you doing?" His smile widened, but it was not the same smile that I've known. It was... unsettling, to say the least. "I'm doing quite well! Is Technoblade around? I was wanting to talk to you both." I glance at the ladder to see Techno climbing down. I looked back at the group to see that everyone besides the new kid was wearing bloody aprons. I feel an arm wrap around my side and I look up to see Techno looking down at the group.

"I'm right here actually, what do you guys want and who the hell is that guy?" All three of them look back to the tall guy and he seems nervous with all eyes on him. "He's Ranboo, he just kind of showed up. And we just wanted to talk with you guys! All peaceful!" Quackity threw his hands up in defense and I looked up at Techno and he just stared at all of them.

"Alright, let's talk but let's talk outside. It's much too small in here." I wonder what Techno is planning. The group backed up to let us out and I shut the door as soon as me and Techno were out. "Now why are you actually here?" Quackity stopped walking and the other three were backed up a little. "Well you did destroy our country with Withers, so we have charged you with treason." What? It's been months! We haven't done anything but stay here and built a life of no wars and no violence just peace. Now, after all these months of peace, they want to execute us?!

"Quackity, this is insane! You can't just execute us!" He turned around and gave us a devilish smirk that sent chills down my back. "Oh but we can. So come peacefully or this is gonna get bloody." His gaze looked dark, this was definitely not the same person I once knew. I looked over at Techno with a look, he looked at the ground in defeat. "Then there's no other way." The group of 4 in front of us looked confused as I backed up. I grabbed some strength potions that I was keeping hidden behind my back and held them there till I was given some sort of signal.

"I CHOOSE BLOOD!" That was my cue. I threw the potions down in between me and Techno and he fully went towards Tubbo and started attacking him. I'm really sorry about this but we had no choice... "BIG Q HELP!" Techno had blocked him into a tree and their swords clashed against each other. I looked around for Quackity, but I couldn't see him. Where the hell could he have gone? I kept backing up with my sword in my hand until I felt cold steel against my neck. Shit.

"STOP! Drop everything Technoblade, or I will kill them right here right now in front of you." He looked at me and Quackity in shock. He had backed off of Tubbo and just stared at me with horror in his eyes. He looked away as he dropped his sword and started taking off all of his armor. What the hell was he thinking! Once all his armor was off and he dropped everything, Fundy came up and chained his hands together. Quackity did the same to my hands as soon as he removed the blade from my neck. He brought me and Techno to several boats that were waiting in a nearby ocean. Me Techno and the kid rode in the same boat as the other three rode in the other. We sat there in silence as the other three were laughing and talking.

"So your name's Ranboo?" The boy tensed up and I laughed. "There's no need to be afraid, we aren't that bad." Ranboo looked behind him with a small smile. "Where are you from?" His smile dropped a little. "I... don't know. I can't remember." Oh this poor kid. He turned back around and continued to row in silence. I leaned back into Techno's chest and closed my eyes. He responded by putting his chained hands over my head and held me as best he could till we arrived at L'Manburg.

I felt a light nudge on my shoulder and I opened my eyes to see Ranboo kneeling in front of me. "We're here..." He stood up and got off the boat and Techno stood right behind him. I got up and out of the boat and walked through what was once my home. Me and Techno trudged through the main road, but so much had changed I couldn't tell where we were heading. We were walking when Techno's head rose, I followed his gaze to find Phil standing on a balcony staring back at both of us.

"You actually got them..." I looked over at Techno and he started to panic seeing the device on his ankle. "PHIL! PHIL WHAT DID THEY DO TO YOU?!" I backed up next to Ranboo as Quackity and Fundy tried to get Techno to stop struggling. I looked up at Ranboo to see him spooked, so I grabbed onto the sleeve. He looked down at me confused and still spooked. "Just look at me, everything will be okay." I gave him a warm smile and he seemed to calm down. Several minutes later they were able to get Techno back walking and we arrived at a stage with an iron cage, a lever, a podium, and looking up... there was an anvil hanging by a rope above the iron cage.

"Techno..." He moved closer to me and tried to hold my hand but the chains kept us from doing that. Fundy and Ranboo moved us to the stage and put us in the cage. The cage was a tight space so me and Techno were very close together, but we were able to move around a little bit. They had taken our chains off when we entered the cage. I looked up then back at Techno, he just held my hands and stared into my eyes. "It's okay, everything will be alright, love." I rested my head on his chest as Tubbo gave a speech that I just didn't care to listen to. Suddenly there was screaming and I looked at the crowd to see that Punz had pearled in front of the stage and started fighting everyone. I was confused on why he was here but then all I could hear was.

"PULL THE LEVER! PULL THE LEVER BIG Q!" I looked up to see that the anvil was falling and was falling fast. I fumbled while grabbing the only totem that I was able to keep on me before we left. I forced it into Techno's hand and smiled at him. "What are you doing?" I take a shaky breath. "I love you, I'll see you at home." The anvil hit the both of us but everything went black and everything was dark, but I could only hear the faint sound of Techno and Tubbo's voices.
