"It's okay, just listen to me next time." He says helping me up.

"I do!" I reply upset. I don't even know why I got upset about that.

"I know just shh" He says as we walk back over to the chairs. I sit down on the chair and look at the stars.

"Woooow" I say stretching the word. "The stars are so pretty" I say smiling and wiggling my legs.

"Are you cold?" Austin asks. "You're shivering."

"Oh, I guess I am! I didn't even feel the cold" I furrow my eyebrows.

"Did you bring a sweater?"

"naah" I reply shrugging my shoulders. Austin lets out a deep sigh.

"Here, wear mine for awhile" He says pulling his hoodie over his head.

"Oh thank you!" I gush taking the hoodie out of his hands. "What a gentleman" I close my eyes and give him a closed mouth smile. I put the hoodie over my head but am having trouble with finding the arm hole.

"Do I have to help you with this now too?" irritation clear in his voice.

"Yes please" I say peaking my head through the neck hole. He shakes his head and lets out a little chuckle then helps me put my arm through the sleeve. I feel like a little kid having him help me put the hoodie on.

"Stay right here, I'll be right back" Austin says getting up.

"Wait no! Where are you going!" I ask fear instantly taking over me.

"I'm just going to the car I'll be right back. Just don't move okay?" He says turning around and walking.

"Okay, but don't leave with the car anywhere!" I call out scared he would leave me here all alone.

"I won't" He calls out. I sit back and looked at the stars once again. I really like being drunk. It feels good.

"Here, eat these, you need to sober up a little" Austin says handing me half a bag of chips.

"But I don't wanna be sober! I feel so happy" I say with pleading eyes.

"Caitlyn you're too drunk and I have to take you home soon, you won't even be able to make it through the window without waking everyone up if you I take you like this."

"No! Not true I can do it" I say. "I can be quite." I say in whisper.

"Caitlyn eat those chips or I'm going to shove them down your throat." Austin said sternly.

"Okay okay I'll eat them! Geez" I say putting a few chips in my mouth and leaning back once again.

"Good" he says laying back down on the chair.

I close my eyes and lazily ate the chips.

Soon I realize I am slowly dozing off and I guess Austin notices too.

"Caitlyn get up, don't fall asleep" Austin says shaking me. I open my eyes and look at him.

"I know I won't" I say nodding.

"How you feeling?" He asks.

"Tired...really tired." I say as my eyes struggle to stay open.

"You got lucky I had those chips in the car from earlier today or else I don't know how long I would have to wait for you to sober up" He says handing me a bottle of water. I open the bottle and drank some water still tasting some alcohol for some reason.

"Alright let's go, I'm going to drop you off home it's 4:00" He says getting up and waiting for me to do the same.

"It's already four?" I ask shocked.

"Yeah, time flies when you're wasted, but for me on the other hand, it did not." He says stretching.

"Oops sorry" I shrug my shoulders not regretting anything. "Now let's go! I'm so sleepy" I say walking past Austin. I was still kind of drunk but I could control myself way more.

I sang to the music playing in his car the whole ride home. Not having a care in the world.

Austin parks the car near my house and helps me get through my basement window.

"Make sure you're quite going to your room" Austin whispers.

"I will, goodnight" I say waving at him.

"Goodnight" he replies.

I close the window quietly and slowly walked up the stairs. My head still feels heavy but I am feeling much more alert. I walk into my room and shut the door. I feel my phone buzz and I pull it out to see who it could be so late.

AUSTIN:
Make sure no one knows about this night, you cannot tell anyone.

CAITLYN:
I know, o knq

I could barely type as my eyes were half closed. I hope he understood what I meant though.
