Takemichi's POV

I jumped back to the year 2017. I woke up lying on Naoto's apartment's floor. 

I got up from the ground and turned to see Naoto yet again busy with work. "Naoto!" I said. He flinched at my outburst, not realising I had returned until now. "Yo, Takemichi. I take it you saved Ryuguji?" 

I nodded so hard my head felt like falling off. 

"Good, so now you can save L/n." Naoto said relieved. "And we're a step closer to saving my sister." I nodded firmly, with a confident smile plastered on my face.

Timeskip (to a few days before Bloody Halloween)

Reader's POV

We were all still in shock from what happened two months ago. Even though it was so long ago and Draken was already back from the hospital. I couldn't wrap my mind around that crazy day, so many things had happened. 

The slight breeze blew my Tokyo Manji jacket up a bit. "Y/n!!!" I groaned in annoyance as I heard Takemichi's whiny voice call out to me from behind. 

I personally didn't like Takemichi, I didn't get why all the others liked him so much. Even though he did help save Draken, he was still incredibly annoying. 

I plastered on a smile and turned to look at him. "Y/n!" he panted. I arched an eyebrow, waiting for him to speak. "Mikey-kun is asking to see you." 

Takemichi's POV

My plan was already in motion. If Y/n was murdered because of the conflict between Valhalla and Tokyo Manji, I just had to get her kicked out of Toman. It may break her heart, but it's better than breaking Mikey's spirit. I had already told Mikey about Y/n secretly being a member of Valhalla before I had asked her to meet him. 

I followed Y/n to the warehouse where the fight between Moebius and Toman took place, satisfied with my work. "Y/n." Mikey-kun said. "Yeah?" she replied lazily. 

"Takemitchy over here told me you've been working with Valhalla. Why would you betray us?"

Reader's POV

The world shattered around me. How could Mikey, my best friend, think I would betray him. "What?!" I chuckled in disbelief. "You honestly believe I would betray Toman, my family, for some scum of the earth? Have you lost your mind?"

"Takemitchy said he saw when he was led by Kazutora to his hideout."

"That's not true, he's lying."

"Why would he lie?"

"Why wouldn't he? What if he's working for Valhalla?"

Mikey paused. "Just leave the gang." I took a step back, taken aback by what he just said. "What? Excuse me?" 

"You heard me, leave."

"Fine." I said harshly. "Y'know what?"

"What?" Mikey scoffed.

"Maybe I will join Valhalla, since you think I love it so much. You can keep your stupid jacket, by the way." I spat at him. 

I ripped the jacket off my body and threw it at the ground. The rain on the ground was soaked up by the black and gold jacket. The already fraying top button popped off and rolled on the ground until it rolled to a stop.

"I'll see how much you want me to leave after I join Valhalla." I sniffed, trying to hold myself together so I wouldn't look like a fool in front of the two traitors. 

I ran out of the warehouse, clutching my arms to protect myself from the cold, autumn air. Tears pricked at my eyes and I wiped them away with the back of my hand. 

Rain dripped from the clouds and onto my hair. I stuck out my palm, watching raindrops roll off my calloused hands and fall onto the dotted concrete with a soft splat. 

Takemichi's POV

This... was not how my plan was supposed to turn out. She was supposed to leave and be kept away from the conflict, not join the other side. As usual, I messed up. But she actually wasn't going to join Valhalla... right?

What was I going to do?
