Is it necessary for all to suffer?

Abhi: And....

Robert: I shouldn't mention your girlfriend and daughter even by mistake in front of her. You have told it so many times already sir. What will happen even if she knows? 

Abhi: She just shouldn't know it, in fact no one other than you should. 

Robert: Ok. And we'll be meeting where she lives.  

Abhi: Yeah. 

Robert: Also, your girlfriend is a bitch. 

Abhi glared him. 

Robert: Really. At least she behaves like one in front of me. 

Abhi: You have met her only once right? 

Robert: Yeah and I wish it remains the last one also. 

Abhi: Sorry to break it to you, but you'll have to meet her many times. 

Robert: What? Why? 

Abhi: As much as I agree when you say she's a bitch, you'll have to. 

Robert: I always thought you are married, but you just have a girlfriend.  

Abhi: Hmm. Robert, what would you think about a person if he/she disappears for years together? 

Robert: Why? 

Abhi: I'm just asking. 

Robert: I don't know, maybe just be in wait of the person to return? 

Abhi: Hmm. 

They then got back to work when there was a knock. Robert asked the person to come in and their eyes widened when they saw Sid. Abhi immediately looked away to his laptop. 

Sid: Si....

Robert: Siddharth, you can tell me what it is, sir is busy right now. 

Sid nodded confused and went to Robert. 

Sid: The presentation that was needed for today's meeting, it's ready. But the employee who was supposed to present it couldn't come as he is ill. So he had sent it to me to show it. 

Robert: Yes, show. 

Sid showed him the presentation but whole time he kept stealing glances of Abhi from the corner of his eye as he felt his behaviour weird and like he knows him. It didn't go unnoticed by Abhi but he didn't show any reaction. Just then Arhana came there. 

Arhana: Chachuuuuu. 

Sid: Chachu ki jaaaaan. 

She giggled as he picked her up. 

Sid: Ok wait two minutes, then I'll talk to you. 

She nodded and Sid continued with the presentation with Aru still in his arms. 

Robert: Ok, this will be perfect. Will you be able to present it instead of him? 

Sid: Yes. I had already prepared. 

Robert rolled his eyes knowing both the brothers are the same, always working and leaving no work left for future. They are like the students who finish the homework on the day they get it even if submission is months later. 

Robert: Ok. 

Arhana: Chachu, now listen to me no. 

Sid: Yes say. 

Arhana: You didn't come to drop me also and didn't ask me about my first day also, it's already my 7th day now. 

Sid: Sorry Arhana, say it now. 

She excitedly sat on the table and told him about her day. After that he went back. Soon it was the meeting time. The three left for the meeting after Abhi made sure Arhana stays in the room and asking Jannat to make sure she is safe. Sid was smiling seeing the boss' protectiveness for his daughter as he remembered how Abhi had the same protectiveness for him. The meeting got over with a successful deal. Then Sid returned home while Robert and Abhi returned to office. 

Robert: Sir, I had told you about this deal being successful right? 

Abhi nodded. 

Robert: So tomorrow the CEO will be coming. 

Abhi: Hmm. You go and see Arhana, I'll come. 

Robert nodded and went. He saw Arhana and Jaan playing while talking. Jaan saw him and stood up. Then she went out but was shocked. Abhi had removed his mask for some reason forgetting Jaan might be inside. He couldn't see her though as he was on a call. He cut it. 

Jaan: Abhi? 

He immediately went from there like he didn't hear her and wore his mask. But couldn't fool her now. 

Jaan: Abhi, I have recognised you. 

He sighed. 

Abhi: Ok, now what? 

Jaan: Where were you both since so long? You both suddenly disappeared. 

Abhi: In Mumbai only. 

Jaan: Such a detailed answer. Do you even know what happened after you both suddenly went away? 

Abhi: What? 

Jaan: Fais we... 

Abhi: That I know. Otherwise I would have already asked you the reason for not coming since so long. 

Jaan: And what about Sid, Vaish and Jai? You both left giving no reason, nothing. 

Abhi: Look, I won't be giving you any answers. So you are just wasting time asking me anything right now. And about us going, then we ourselves had no idea we'll be going and had to suddenly go, that's why we couldn't inform you all. 

That itself answered Jaan's all questions. She nodded and hugged him but he pushed her away. 

Abhi: Jaan, I'll talk later, I have to go now. 

He left before she could respond. She also went from there, shocked by his behaviour. Next day Robert came to Daniel's home and rang the bell. The door was opened by Daniel. He smiled in greeting and let him in. 

Daniel: Hi, I am Daniel. 

Robert: I am Robert. 

Avu: Hello Robin. 

She said and smiled. He rolled his eyes at the Robin part as earlier also she used to call him the same and was confused about her changed behaviour, earlier she used to just hug him whenever they met, making him almost fall.

Robert: Is he him? 

Avu: No, he can't be him. In fact I haven't seen him since the time we last met. 

Robert: Oh.
