i faced her and she was blushing like crazy, looking at me. she soon lowered her head and tried to hide her crimson red face. i chuckled at her and a smirk formed on my lips.

How can you be so cute?

"i'm cute, huh?" she asked, smirking. i totally forgot she read minds now.

"let's just sleep, i'm tired." she said, stopping our little tease toward each other. she laid comfortably on her bed as i slowly laid beside her, still keeping a good distance.

i felt bored so i went our for a 'little' walk to the park near my old house. i  then went to get a hot chocolate drink.

"hey, i don't know you and you don't know me, and i don't want to dig into your privacy, but i couldn't help it. are you okay? i'm yoo jimin, by the way. call me karina." She said.

"i'm jang aera. my mother passed away 2 years ago, and things just went by quickly i can't even process what is happening" i said.

"welcome to my house~" she said, opening the door to her house. we came in and went to her room.

that was when my phone suddenly rang, and I took a look at it, the caller's ID was 'won <3'. "ooh, who's 'won' with a heart?" karina asked. "he's one of my friends i mentioned earlier" i said, answering the call.

"yes, jungwon?" i asked.

"where are you?"

"i'm at karina unnie's house."

"who's karina?"

"a new friend."

"why didn't you tell any of us you were going somewhere? we searched for you all over the Palace and you didn't pick up our calls" he said, i could sense the worry in his tone.

"well, i'm sorry, wonie. but don't worry, i won't be home that late"

"okay, but hey, can you go to our dorm tonight at like...8.30pm?" he asked, i could imagine him smirking.

"sure. but why?"

"you'll see"

"okay, okay, i'll come. bye now!"

"you like him, don't you?" karina asked, wiggling her eyebrows. i was taken aback at the sudden question. my cheeks were flushing up and i didn't even answer it.

"SURPRISE!!!" i looked up, and smiles of 8 people were visible. "what..." i asked, touched. "well, this is a surprise party to make you smile again!!!" sunoo exclaimed.

"you've been in that room of yours for almost a month, aera." jay said. "if we didn't watch you, you must've thrown your food away." jake pouted.

"aww, but this is so sweet of you guys" i said, smiling. "OH! are you smiling? aera is smiling??? YOU SMILED!!!" jake exclaimed.

sohee came to me, nervously looking down. "aera...i'm really sorry for what my mom had done..." she said. "sohee, i know. you don't have to apologize, it isn't your fault."

'dear diary,

i found out today that choi sowon isn't my biological mom. her real daughter was jeong jieun, but she didn't want her, so she switched me and jieun. she is a vampire, yes, but when she gave me away, she took all my remaining vampire blood and exchanged it with werewolves' blood, and the same went with jieun. she and her mother, or should i say mine, passed away a few years back because of the war.

so i did something... i deleted the christmas shopping thing... get mad at me all u want but i think it was a bit heheh
 by the way, 1 day in vesalis equals to a whole month on earth, soooo if my calculations aren't wrong, a month in vesalis equals to 900 days on earth

1 day = 30 days
30 days = 900 days
(30 x 30)

or am i wrong???
