They ran through the village. It was dark and and could only see a little bit of road through the lamps lit on the streets.

"Where is your house little girl?" Hoshiko asked. "We're coming close to it." She said. They ran a little bit. "THERE!" She said, pointing to a house that was trashed. They gasped. All the other houses were trashed too. "OK, you stay here and we'll go get your brother and kill the demon." Seiji said. She nodded. They ran into the house.

It was dirty and in one corner, they saw a corpse. It was a little boy. They gasped again. That's her brother. We were too late. How are we going to tell her tha- But Mai's thought was cut when they heard gigantic footsteps.

Now's not the time. Mai thought.

They saw a huge demon. It was an unpleasant thing. Everyone lost all hope. "This is not a good thing." Toda said. The demon roared at them before attacking. Everyone started attacking back.
Hoshiko slashed as fast as she could at his arms. Toda tried sneaking and attack from behind. Seiji was trying to cut of the demon arms. Hayato was only trying to stay alive and Mai was seeking to the corpse. "Mai, that child's dead, and an arm's coming straight at you!" Seiji shouted. Mai noticed and sliced his arm with her sword before it got to her. "Nice job Mai." Toda said. "Well we still need to kill it!" Hoshiko said as she tried to dodge the demon's attack.

"Is it just me or has Hoshiko gone to badass mode?" Hayato asked. Then as he slashed at her, she stabbed him in the stomach. Making the rest of sword come out of his back. Then Toda swoops in and slashes his head of with Seiji. And then the demon falls down. It was like in slow motion. As the demon fell down, as his head toppled off his body.

Hoshiko released her sword and there was a big thump as he fell dead. Everyone's swords were bloody. Especially Hoshiko's.

"We did it." Hoshiko breathed. "Yes you guys did it!" Mai cheered. "Sorry we didn't end up killing it with you'll." Hayato said. "It's OK, you guys were help too." Seiji reassured. They smiled. All of a sudden Toda shouted. They all turned around to see the corpse of the little girl's brother. "Ouch." Hoshiko said. "We can't give this to her and say, "Well here's your brother, have fun!" And make her deal with it!" Mai said.

"Well... We need to do something." Seiji said. "How about this... WE TELL HER THE GOD DAMN TRUTH!" Hayato shouted. "No!" Everyone was saying. "Then what?" Toda asked.

"Well... she's your new daughter!" Seiji said as they stood infront of a random village woman. "But she's not my-" "Well have fun!" Hoshiko said as they gave the little girl to her. "Thanks bye!" Hayato said as they placed fake smiles on their faces and ran away. By then it was sun rise.

They found their way to the gates. "Do you think we should go back?" Toda asked. "NEVER!" Seiji said. They saw Tanjiro and Zenitsu sleeping on the cold, hard ground and snoring loudly. They smiled so sweetly. They leaned closer to their ears.

"WAKE UP!" They shouted in sync. Zenitsu and Tanjiro woke up with a jump and stared at them like they were lunatics. "What was that for?" Zenitsu asked. They were covered in dirt and blood. Their hair was scruffy and they had even bloodier swords. "We're done." Mai said. "Oh, well good job, you guys did your first mission." Tanjiro said.
Then they went crazy again and started dancing, singing and squealing.

"Well, now we need to walk from villiage 008 all the way back to the mountains and the Butterfly Mansion." Tanjiro smiled. Everyone groaned. "Don't worry it will be fun." Tanjiro said. "Unless we get our asses beaten by other demons." Zenitsu said under his breath.

"Well let's go! We need to get there by Lunch time atleast!" Tanjiro said positively. They all followed him as they groaned.
