There were lights all over the place. There were also stalls with lots of people around them. It was most beautiful around night time. "Woah!" They all admired. "Yeah, it's OK." Sanamei said.
"So let's go and get something to eat." Seiji suggested. They all head to the carts and start eating. "Ramen, the best food so far!" Hoshiko/ Hisana said. "Yeah it is!" Toda said, taking her 5th bowl of ramen. Mai was starting to feel uneasy about Hoshiko. There's something up with Hoshiko. I just can't put my finger on it.
She's not saying much and isn't running haywire around. Oh, well, she's probably just tired. Mai thought, as she ate her ramen.
"Well, let's go to some more stands and then we can listen to some music." Giyuu said. They went to get some cotton candy and some more food before setteling down and listening to music. It was relaxing and they forgot all about the fact that the festival was at night time and that's when demons come out...
SOMEWHERE IN ANOTHER PART OF THE VILLIAGE:
Hoshiko's eyes started to open. The room around her was blurry. Where am I? She thought as she tried to make out her surroundings. Then as she tried to get up; Hoshiko realized that she was TIED! Her arms and legs were roped up and there was a cloth rapped around her mouth.
She tugged and pulled but she couldn't get out. The ropes were also rapped around a big beam and it was even harder for her to move. Then she heard footsteps. She strained her eyes to look in the darkness. Am I in a warehouse? She thought again. The footsteps got closer and closer and then, the body stepped into the moonlight that gleamed through the windows.
Hoshiko saw that there was something oddly fimiliar to the demon. He had black hair and he wore a haori that had eye patterns on it. It was black and on the inside he wore a black pants. Then on his eye, it said 𝐿𝑜𝑤𝑒𝑟 𝑚𝑜𝑜𝑛 𝑓𝑖𝑣𝑒. Hoshiko gasped. She reconized it now. It was all so clear.
T-t-t-this i-is the d-d-demon who k-k-killed my- Hoshiko's eyes started to tear up. He smiled an awful grin. F-F-F-FAMILY! Hoshiko finnished.
"Hello Hoshiko, we meet again!" Kyogai said to the tied up girl. "Too bad that Sound Pillar and his wives isn't here to save you this time!" He laughed.
BACK AT THE FESTIVAL:
The music drifted on so smoothly but Mai still had a sick feeling that something was wrong with Hoshiko. She didn't want to tell someone but she tried talking to Seiji about it. "Seiji!" Mai hissed as she poked him on the shoulder. He turned around. "Can I talk to you about something?" She asked him.
"Look Mai I get that you have feelings for me, but sorry to say this but you're just not my type, I think we should stick to being friends." He said.
Mai smacked her forehead."I'm not trying to tell you I like you, I want to talk to you about Hoshiko!" Mai exsplained. "OK that makes more sense." Seiji said. "Why do you ask?" He asked. "I feel like Hoshiko's not herself." Mai said, looking across to see Hoshiko not smiling at all and just sitting there with her arms folded.
"Yeah something really seemed off about her after we got off the train." Seiji admitted. "So should we talk to her?" Mai asked. Seiji thought. The most possible thing she'll say is "oh it's nothing!" so we should dig deeper. Seiji thought. The two went up to her. She stopped her thoughts and looked up at them as they approached.
"Hoshiko, are you OK?" Seiji asked. But before Hoshiko/Hisana could respond, the music stopped and Hayato, Toda, Giyuu and Sanamei started to leave their seats. "Where are we going?" Mai asked. "We're going to look for somewhere to stay for the night, we can't go home because the stations aren't open, plus Sanamei's drunk." Giyuu exsplained.
"NO I'M NOT, I'M SO DAMN SOBER!" Sanamei yelled. "That's only what a drunk person says..." Giyuu said. Sanamei started yelling and everyone started laughing. Mai and Seiji tried laughing but they were still worried about Hoshiko.
