The Concept Game, Volume #2

[To The Rescue] || Yunho

"You guys, we have to respect so curtsy." You said over your shoulder through gritted teeth to your friends. They all exchanged looks before doing the same.

He returned the gesture and said, "You all can call me Yunho, but when there's guards and all those people you just add prince in front of it." He said with a smile.

"Okay!" After that, Yunho lead you all to his horse drawn carriage. You couldn't believe your eyes when saw it.

"Surprised huh, _____?" Yunho said in a teasing tone.

"That's one word to use, yes." He helped all of you inside the carriage before getting inside himself.

"So what brings you all here? Are you on vacation?" He asked everyone as the carriage made its way to the castle. You all nodded your head, one of your friends started to explain the situation.

"It was ____'s turn to pick a destination but they couldn't pick a place because they're super indecisive-"

"Oh come on, I'm not that bad." You defended.

"Mhmm, keep telling yourself that. Anyways, they have this large map on their wall and they threw a dot and it landed here. Now we're here so tada." Your friend said, finishing the story with jazz hands.

"It's almost like fate brought us here." Another one said.

"It seems like it. I'm very glad you all are here. We rarely have new visitors so it's nice to see new faces." Yunho said.

A short time after, you all arrived to the gates of the castle. Everyone, save for Yunho of course, watched in awe as the gates opened and the carriage brought you closer to the front entrance.

"Here we are!" Yunho said after everyone stepped out of the carriage. You all were rendered speechless by your surroundings.

"Would you like a tour? Also are you all hungry?"

"Yes please!" You all answered in unison.

"Oh and yea we are a bit hungry. We were trying to walk around to see the town while also finding something to eat." You answered the second part of the question.

"Would everyone be okay with staying for dinner tonight?"

"Can we?" One of your friends asked enthusiastically. Another friend hit their shoulder.

"What?! Who else can say that they had dinner in a castle?" They said, defending themselves. Yunho giggled at the conversation.

"Yes you can, after all it's my turn to choose dinner for tonight so whatever everyone wants to eat I'll have our chefs make."

"Yunho! Well what do we have here?" You heard a booming voice behind him and you all looked to see the king, his father. You all stood close together, slightly afraid. You all bowed at him, not one person saying a word.

"Father, meet our guests for tonight." Yunho introduced you all one by one, each of you doing an additional curtsy.

"Yunho, what did I tell you about inviting strangers to the castle?" His father said to his son.

"They're not strangers, they're my friends."

"Friends who I never met before."

"Father, it's just for tonight. Plus they haven't eaten yet, and I know you don't like to deny someone the chance to have a meal." Yunho said, trying to persuade his dad. He looks between him and you all, letting out a sigh.

"Alright fine, but only for tonight."

"Yes, father."

"T-thank you, your majesty." You all squeaked. He walked back inside the castle and watched him until he was out of sight.
