Returning to the Resistance (Various! x OC/Reader)

Gwen stands before the portal Zero created, all packed up and ready to go she holds her backpack with Kirby in it as he looks excited to go on an adventure with her. They're not the only ones that are going. Eclipse wants to come with them, not wanting to leave her side and willing to protect her from any harm. Zero tried to make him change his mind that he needs only Gwen. Kirby is an exception since he's closest friends with her. But Eclipse isn't backing down and is already packed up with the Dark Arms by his side.

Gwen thought it was a good idea to bring just one more friend. You'll never know when you need a few more help. Zero eventually lets him come with him, much to his dismay. Eclipse looks proud that he gets to go with. Gwen faces her friends and family who are watching her depart to another dimension. Sonic hugs Gwen tightly, not wanting to let go.

"Be safe, sis. Come home unharmed. I need a sister to be Sally's bridesmaid." he said.

"Don't worry. I'll be fine. I might even bring some souvenirs."

Sonic and Gwen pulled away from each other, trying not to cry. Sonic looks at Kirby.

"Watch over her for me."

"Pooteetah." Kirby saluted with his tongue sticking out, making the siblings giggle.

Zero comes up to Sonic and holds out his hand.

"She'll be safe with me."

Sonic looks at Zero for a while and then grabs his hand as they both shake it.

"She better be," he said sternly

Zero nods. Sonic looks at Eclipse.

"You better watch over her as well."

"You have my word." Eclipse nodded.

Sally comes up and hugs Gwen.

"See you, Gwen."

"See you, Sal."

They pulled away and Gwen was hugged each from every single one of her friends. Tails hands her the device.

"This will help you get back home. But if you accidentally lose it. Here's the rings."

Tails gives her the bag full of rings.

"Thanks, Tails. I'll be careful with it."

"Just... be okay. I don't want to lose you."

Gwen smiles and gives him a kiss on the cheek, causing his face to go pink.

"I'll try."

With that, Gwen heads towards the portal with Zero and Eclipse as each went in before she was last. She looks back at them one last time with a smile.

"Don't ever stop fighting, even if I'm gone. You'll do your best."

Then, she's gone as the portal closes. Jules and Berndatte sniffs as tears fall down their cheeks. They wish their daughter good luck on her trip. The certain love interests prayed that Gwen would come back in peace.

Shadow was secretly spying with Rogue if Gwen got hurt he'd kill Zero and his brother.

Gwen finds herself in the same glitchy area where she was first taken and how her looks have changed. She was glad that she was in her original skin. Then, she finds herself in a green field full of trees. She sees Eclipse and Zero and walks over.
